Very poor quality and no good customer service
Ordered these roses and they looked so good on the website but when they came in I was pretty disappointed. Tried to contact the customer service about it and they said that's how the flowers supposed to look like.

I ordered 100 carnations that came in mostly closed! Definitely did not look like what was shown in your picture. With the price I paid and the quality I got I was very dissatisfied. I was not able to combined then and give them out as gifts. I do not plan on ordering from your company again.

My roses came faster this year, and I was pleased with the items...other than red roses had some sort of fungus to them and pedals had large brown patches on them.

I overall liked how they did deliver my roses the date I choosed! However in total I did get like 75 rotten roses. Some came in a weird form but I worked with it. But you can't work with rotten roses.
