Carnations came on time, some stems a bit fragile. Would break easily

The ordering process was great as always. Delivery was complicated due to snow and I had to reach out several times to make sure we would have our flowers for the fundraiser on Friday. I am a little disappointed that the flowers were two different colors. We ordered the orange which has become a tradition and matches our promotional materials. At least half of the carnations were more of a deep coral. Finally, could I have some clarification on the time frame to get reimbursed for taxes? I requested it as soon as the flowers came in and was told, for the second year in a row, that they could not refund the tax amount. As a tax free school, we cannot pay taxes so I will have to refund my school that amount out of pocket. With all that said, we will certainly return to Global Rose next year and appreciate the ease of the ordering process and respectful prices.

These roses require more maintenance compared to those purchased from 1800 Flowers. You need to make sure to cut off all the thorns and remove any charred foliage. Half of the flowers bloomed well, while the other half did not. I have enjoyed my previous purchases from Global Rose, but I was disappointed with this particular set.

Every year I have chosen a different flower, and they all have arrived as beautiful as the website pics. This year I ordered spray roses, and they did not last as long as the previous year, BUT I 100% believe it's the kind of flower not a quality issue.
