The petals came in vey sturdy thick boxes with cellophane view windows that you could see how beautiful they were and several entire rose blooms still intact. Petals were large and fragrant. They arrived on time. Thank you!

The yellow roses were quite lovely but they never opened. This might be in part due to the company using fedex to send them and Global Rose put on that a signature was required (I did not request this). Firstly, fedex was a day late delivering and then they kept them over yet another day/night because no one was home to sign for them. So we got them three or four days after they shipped and they sat in a dark box without water that whole time. Kinda bummed by the whole thing to be honest, as these were for my Mom's 70th birthday. Three stars because I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that they could have opened and been lovely if not for shipping issues.
It was easy to order except for one thing. I would have liked to see a comparison of prices vs varieties of roses side by side. The price was very low, the delivery overnight, and the roses beautiful.
The flowers were delivered on time and when I had a question, I received a response within 1 hour.
I think GR should add a contact phone number. Not all people are comfortable with chat or email when an issue arises.

It's a shame that your delivery service does not take their time to drop off the flowers at the other door, just because it didn't have that address and the u know where things are to be dropped off in a ahospital

However, FedEx delivers to the address provided when placing the order, they drop the flowers at the entrance indicated and unfortunately, they can't leave them on another door since they must deliver to the address placed initially and it might be an issue for them if they deliver to an address different to the one provided.
