I am a huge review reader so I was nervous ordering from this website BUT I am so thankful I did! I ordered nearly 2000 roses, a ton of filler and greens, some Sunflowers, Rose Sprays and a few other filler flowers and everything was on point! I did have one mishap but it was not at fault of the Vendor, it was shipping and I did NOT reach out to Global because I was to busy for Valentine's Day. Out of the 7 orders (over 15 boxes), one filler/greens box was 2 days late but I was able to spare the Baby's Breath and Ruskus was totally fine. However, the Eucalyptus was dried and crispy. When it arrived, I had just ran out so it worked out for me! I will take the loss if that was my only issue!

Maybe it was just my first time doing an event, but I needed more flowers if I had an estimate of what the amount of flowers I ordered could get me in terms of centerpieces would've helped a little bit better. I had to go out in order extra carnations, baby breaths, and Salas, but overall was happy with this company. I wish I known I needed more I would've ordered more from you all.

Roses were shipped directly from Columbia. They looked partially dead when they arrived but did perk up after being put in water. One was dead and had to be thrown away. For the price they were smaller than I expected or received other years for the same cost. Will buy from a different vendor next year.

In the past Global Rose has used FedEx with no delays in delivery.
For the current delivery, UPS was the carrier. The flowers were scheduled to be delivered on Friday, February 9th. However, due to a supposed flight delay, the flowers were not to be delivered on the 9th. A staff tracked down a UPS driver who informed her that the flowers were in fact, at the UPS warehouse in San Angelo, TX and scheduled to be delivered on Monday, February 12th. When the UPS office was contacted by the director, she was informed that the flowers were locked on a truck and they did not have a key. A little while later the director was contacted by UPS and informed that they were able to unlock the truck and get the flowers. However, the director would have to pick them up. The distance from our location to the UPS warehouse is 25 miles away. However, the director did drive to the UPS office and got the flowers. The flowers needed to be prepared for a large event being held on Sunday, February 11th.

Global Rose does a great job. Unfortunately, Fedex is incredibly unreliable. This is the second time that I have run into issues with Fedex. The first time about 2 years ago, Fedex had a truck problem and the flowers were left in a heated truck and arrived late and in really bad shape. Global Rose apologized and made it right. The recent issue was that Fedex decided that our office, the destination, was not open on a Monday morning at 10:00 AM, even though another Fedex driver had just delivered a business envelope. After a series of calls, later the same day, Fedex indicated a bad address which was the same as the earlier business delivery. Flowers were finally delivered on Tuesday. The experience was a mess but it was Global Rose's shipping partner.

The roses arrived early in the morning on schedule. I wish it didn't take 3 days to ship from origin to Dallas-Fort Worth area. The blooms recovered in a couple of days and they are gorgeous 🤩
