Purchased 10 stems of stargazer lillies for our friend's birthday. Her favorite. Delivered on time. They were awful. Dead, rotting, brown, wilted.
She sent me photos, so i immediately went to call GlobalRose. No phone number. They only post an email address. I sent an email about 7 days ago, still no response. I did; however, notice that they had a chat bot. So i went to the chat bot and the "person" put in a request to refund my account. Put in a request? What the heck.
I have no idea about what happened or even if i've been refunded yet, but it's terrible service.
