We are very sorry that your order didn't meet your expectations and we wish you had contacted us as soon as you received your order on March 31 so we could have looked into your case and maybe provided some tips to process your flowers so they perked up beautifully (flowers may arrive slightly dehydrated due to the long journey from South America, but with appropriate care, you can bring them back to looking great within the next 12 hours)

I ordered 350 assorted carnations for a valentine event at work. They arrived in perfect condition - some were a bit closed yet, but I had them delivered 2 days before the event and put them in water. Today is the event and they are absolutely perfect. I love the assorted colors! Light yellow, White, Light pink, Fuscia and Red.

I ordered 250 roses for valentines day. Many are breaking off at the flower. Many are drooping. Some are beautiful. Overall disappointed.
