The roses arrived broken and the box was damaged. Half of the flowers were dead also

We are very sorry that your order didn't meet your expectations and we wish you had contacted us as you have done before as soon you received your order on March 17 so we could fix your issue in the best possible way. Unfortunately, we don't have any communication regarding the quality of your order so we could have sent you a replacement as soon as possible.
Also, we can see that you received your flowers just yesterday and we kindly remind you that since they are natural and fresh-cut flowers, they flowers need time to hydrate and bloom. Flowers may arrive slightly dehydrated due to the lack of water during transportation, but do not panic! With appropriate care, you can bring them back to looking great within the next 12 hours.
Please keep in mind that our product information tab states that the roses will be blooming within the next 24 hours.

If your flowers still appear wilted or dehydrated after 12 hours of hydration, please provide pictures and we will be glad to discuss further.
You can put all the damaged roses in a vase and send us a picture.

Everything was on time but some of the flowers were smaller than we planned. And the color of the roses were slightly different but they worked out fine.

The roses delivered were beautiful and packaged well, however the order paid for 34 and only 25 were received in the package.
