I overall liked how they did deliver my roses the date I choosed! However in total I did get like 75 rotten roses. Some came in a weird form but I worked with it. But you can't work with rotten roses.

I've been getting flowers for a long time from global roses 75% of the time they are excellent, unfortunately there's been a few times that the roses haven't been up to par or that they never show up, however, it does seem like they are now providing much better customer service and have put a few things in place that make it easier to communicate with global Rose and know when your roses are getting there. I am upset that I had a credit in my basket and when it first got there, I didn't think it expired and it had expired on me. I think they should be good until used.

Everything arrived just as I was promised. The bouquets were healthy and beautiful. I was able to use for a Senior Meal and also for Easter Meal as well. Tables looked beautiful with these flowers.

The roses came, one package was delayed. When the flowers arrived I had hoped they wouldn't have thorns but they did and were in pretty bad shape. I was able to remove the thorns and took some time to get the flowers back to life.
