We had them delivered the day before we needed them because we wanted to ensure we had them in time. Although, it is great they arrived so early, we just did not expect them to come within 24 hours of ordering. It was partly our mistake because they were all dead by the time we needed them. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about the company,but just want to warn other customers who might make the same mistake we did. I will order again,but need to remember to order for the exact day we need them so they do not die.

Delivery was a day late. So my flowers were not open for the event. They didn't look as nice as they should have.

Keep in mind that Even though 99% of orders get delivered on the requested delivery date, it might occur that flowers arrive one day late due to weather issues, mechanical problems or other unexpected situations during transportation. FedEx and UPS are the best in the industry and work very hard to deliver on time, but Global Rose will not issue any credit or refund if flowers get delivered within 24 hours of the requested date.
Regarding their blooming, we usually advise flowers to be delivered 2-3 days before the event they are meant for.
We are happy you were able to enjoy them even though they were not as open as you would like.

First I received the wrong color flower. I reached out and received a 40% refund for the mistake. Secondly when the flowers were delivered they just left them on the porch in 97 degree heat and did not know or ring the bell. Once my discovered them they were extremely hot. I think perhaps the message was not saved at the checkout since it is required to click the save button in order to save the message.
Flowers may arrive slightly dehydrated due to the long journey from South America, but do not panic! With appropriate care, you can bring them back to looking great within the next 12 hours.
Upon receiving your floral box, we recommend trimming the stems around ½ inch" and placing them in clean room temperature water with the provided flower food. We invite you to follow these simple care tips to keep your flowers looking fresh and beautiful: https://globalrose.com/flower-care.html
Please keep in mind that most of our fresh roses will come with 3 guard petals that may have a different color than the true color of the rose.
