I ordered blue delphinium and yellow lisianthis for a wedding. I only received the lisianthis. I would like a refund for the delphinum.

As we mentioned in your claim, after checking your order with UPS, we found that unfortunately, there was a delay in the Government Agency inspection, and we have already initiated a refund for the product Delphinium Volken Blue 6 Bunches and you will receive an email with a refund receipt from our accounting department within 2-3 business days with all the details of the transaction. It may take up to 3-5 business days to see the amount credited to your original payment method.

I ordered 5dozen roses for my girlfriend. The day they were supposed to be delivered at 12:00 and weren't I called their customer service number at least 8 times with the same recording to "call back later". Anyway she did get them that day late afternoon however they lasted abot1 week with 2 of the roses fully opening up, most of them just stayed in the "nud" stage.
