I'm disappointed with Glarry. Customer support is terrible. I cannot get a response to fix the piano
I got a Glarry Burning fire style guitar 3-5 days later it shows up at my door. Lucky for me the box wasn't damaged ect. Out of the box it was beautiful black only thing I had to do was fix a crocked volume knob.When I played it tuned and played tuners.are ok but Ill replace them.The input jack is tight to get cable out its a stuggle but it will come out.The neck is best part of the guitar its thin flat and comfortable I absolutely love this guitar.I play it everyday when I see or look at it I want to grab it and play it.Ill defananly be buying a few more Glarrys a 170 style as well as there GTS(strats)in white black pickguard maple fretboard as well as a LT (Telecaster).
These are really good for what they are for beginners and modders.I love the neck on this guitar.There are no fret issues either on my guitar pickups sound good also.
I purchased a Glarry guitar to see what you get for under $100. I was impressed that it looked like a regular telecaster and was incredibly light. However, there were many issues that would require most folks to spend an additional $200 or so correct. The intonation was way off. The string height was way too high. Two of the three screws that hold the bridge on were stripped in the wood. Six of the frets required leveling and all frets required polishing and end-filing. The neck was rough and needed sanding/steel wool. The nut was crudely done and required fine-tuning. After a couple hours with my guitar tech tools I had a playable instrument which I will feel good about donating to a local home for kids.
I ordered a violin for my husband(GV100 4/4) as a surprise. When it got to me the box was thin and banged up but the case had kept it safe. When I opened it the violin and case had glue on it, the rest was dirty, and the bow had a crack in it.
I ordered an electric guitar with an amp and have only received the guitar. Do i get refunded?Where is the amp?
I ordered a violin that was too small for the child. Ordered a second and wanted to send back the first one. Rec'd an email offering $15 to keep it and donate it. Sent the $56 violin back in September expecting an 80% refund which I have still not received

My friends and I have bought several glarry electric basses and we think glarry is hands down the best electric bass under $200. The price is cheap, and the product material, sound quality and workmanship are very good. Fast shipping and fast customer response. Very worth buying.
I'm very satisfied with the glarry guitar that I ordered. I received my order on time and in tact. Looks great, sounds better, nice and simple controls for a beginner.
I bought a banjo recently (about 200.00). The middle G string was twisted up with the D string. This put the thicker D string in the middle where the G string needed to go. I am really new at this. It is my first instrument and i have never played before. I am still waiting on my picks so have not actually tried to play yet but i am pretty sure i now have the strings on correct. Also found Tuner Ninja to tune to. Had to cut strings that were twisted because there would not have been enough wire to wrap around the pegs. Thank goodness i had ordered a set of strings when i ordered banjo. Shame on them for sending it that way. Where is quality control?
We ordered a 3/4 GV100 violin and what we received was essentially trash. It was only about $60.00 but it's so awful no one even wants it as a donation. It would cost over $100.00 just to get it usable after taking it to the music store to be looked at. The pegs won't stay in place, the fine tuners are loose and the bridge is faulty. You get what you pay for. Better off buying something at your local music store and getting a real opinion and service.
After UPS delivered my Glarry Guitar to wrong address, then couldn't retrieve the guitar, I contacted Glarry and told them what happened. They did not hesitate in getting me a replacement shipped out to me. Will get my guitar, through FEDEX March 3rd.

I've ordered several products from glarrymusic and each time I am surprised by the quality a product that I receive. Two separate occasions there has been a problem and they have been resolved very quickly and easily by their excellent customer service staff
I received this guitar quickly and it was as described. There was a small issue that was taken care of immediately. I would make future purchases from Glarry music.
So I purchase a 5 string banjo from glarry web site all their reviews on their site are 4 and 5 stars. But it's deceiving so on 4/2/2021 I buy banjo glarry sends confirmation on 4/3/2021 that item was shipped. On 4/5/2021 I check ups with tracking number that I received from glarry. States in route to ups facility. Ok good? No... on 4/7/2021 same message so I contact ups. They stated item has not been picked up yet that on 4/5/2021 and 4/06/2021 ups has tried to contact glarry with no answer to pickup item. So I write a review on Glarry web site and post it. Does it show up no. But I get a email from a manager of Glarry stating he was sorry for delay and to contact him directly. So I reply to him asking what is going on 2 days go by with no answer. I tried to call them as well and takes forever to get ahold of someone and when you do you get run around. I contacted ups today to file a claim and was told that Glarry has it set that I have to contact the shipper (Glarry) and they have to file claim... go figure. So they have it all figured out and bases covered. So I will be contacting my credit card company along with BBB for fraud. Never deal with this company.
I just wanted to say that I've never heard of this company before but my handicapped brother wanted to purchase a guitar through them Glarry music.
Because of him having limited use of his hands I ordered for him even being unfamiliar with Glarry music and recommended Amazon first he declined and wanted a specific guitar from Glarry music. I went on with the order but had typed in the email address in wrong not realizing that at the time. So I was wondering why he never received an email from the company so I tried calling but they texted me back an hour or two later. In the mean time I looking into this company and on Google they say that this company is a scam company and to stay away. Well that isn't true. They're a legitimate company and it seems that they're some haters out there. Anyhow for the price of the guitar we both were very happy with the quality of the great sounding guitar. Great prices great quality merchandise. Now they have us as new customers and are very happy with them. Don't believe the haters out there.

Ordered a guitar, and after reading negative reviews about their scamming habits, cancelled my order. I talked to a team at glarry, and they confirmed my order was cancelled before the order shipped and that I would be entitled to a full refund. However, the company never refunded me whatsoever and I had to contest the charge to get a refund. Stay far away from this scam company.
I recently purchased one of their higher end guitars. Upon receipt I noticed there was a few quality control issues with the guitar. I let customer service know of the specific issues and they handled the situation very very well to my satisfaction. It's nice when customer service can make a touchy situation work out well for the consumer. Good job glary music!

My experience with Glarry has been outstanding until now. Clearly you shouldn't expect a 2 thousand Euro Original P-Bass, but after setting up the GP 4-string that I bought from Glarry for 88 Euros it plays unexpectedly and surprisingly well.
My name is Baron Anastis, I am a professional bass player and vocalist. From my 25-year-experience I rate Glarry with 5 stars simply because it's the best value for money in the market. A decorative guitar for the wall costs more but it doesn't play, Glarry instruments with a proper set up play quite pleasantly. Ideal for beginners & hobbyists, excellent for back up instruments, cheaper and much better than any instrument of this price range. Also ideal for anyone who wants to start working on instruments, luthiers in training and musicians who want to learn how to set up their own instruments.
Communication with Glarry so far has very basic, sometimes I feel like a lot of Google Translate has been involved, but it was always helpful.
My instrument arrived earlier than expected, fretwork was excellent, the neck needed a tiny bit of fine sanding, it was perfectly intonated, I had to raise the pick up significantly, but once it was properly set up it was excellent.
Answer: From what I saw about others' reviews, it seems that any problems were sincerely addressed, with satisfactory results. Apparently communications are good and customer oriented, with a desire to please any unhappy campers...
