I ordered a violin that was too small for the child. Ordered a second and wanted to send back the first one. Rec'd an email offering $15 to keep it and donate it. Sent the $56 violin back in September expecting an 80% refund which I have still not received

Hi,
If you return the product, we can only refund 80% of the purchase price according to our return policy. If we refund you $15, would you like to keep the product. You can also give it to your relatives or friends as a gift.

beware you will not get your money back if you order the wrong size instrument
