Overall, the experience was good. The items were what I was expecting, well packaged. The only glitch was getting the items to our house. They were suppose to be dropped off at our house. Unfortunately, the package made it as far as Kamloops then the DHL representative contacted us regarding pick up which is over an hour away. We worked out a way to get it to a representative closer to Tappen. Now I know that if a courier is used, we will need to figure out how to get the items once they are closer to home.
Charms were slightly smaller and lighter than Pandora charms. Although cheaper, i wouldn't recomend them.
Whilst the item I purchased was as I expected it to be the packaging was dreadfultthe box was 10 times the size of the item and it was in a tiny plastic bag - as the item is to be a gift not impressed that I have to waste time finding a suitable gift box

I ordered a bracelet from glamulet, i had thought it was a Pandora brand, after order, i realized it was not. I have called at least 20 times and finally left a message try I g to get someone to be able to help me. If the bracelet were for me, it would be fine, but, it is a gift for my daughter in law who specifically asked for a pandora. Glamulet prices are great and I would proba my have ordered from them again, but seeing that I have called, emailed and messaged on Facebook and still can't get a response, don't think I wil. I'm hoping to get a refund on my pay pal account so that I can get the gift I had hoped I had ordered
When paying $30 for a charm I thought I would get a really good quality experience but it has been a nightmare! I ordered over a week ago, 3-5 day shipping, and it still isn't here. Not only that but I cannot track the shipping because it is coming from China, which I only found out after placing my order. The product specifications stated it was in stock in the United States but apparently that wasn't true. I contacted customer service and they were no help whatsoever. I bought this as a gift for someone with no indication of when it might get here. Like I said I won't be ordering from them again.
This order took about 4 to 5 weeks to arrive instead of just 7 to 10 days and i must of sent 4 or 5 emails to ask about my order but got no replys no contact numnbers just email was not happy at all never even got an apoligy or anything
At first i thought the prices were great, i didn't realize the currency was USD. Even when i paid for my order, there was nowhere on the receipt that said I'm paying in USD. Only after i saw a much bigger charge on my credit card did i realize what had happened. Few weeks later, i finally received the product. The site seriously photoshops all the pictures. The bracelet i got was a completely different color, the ring wasn't nearly as shiny. Very dull actually. Everything was also tarnished. I had to clean it with the cloth that was in the package. Even after cleaning the product didn't look as good as it should. Very disappointed.
Firstly I placed my order wrong and ordered the incorrect ring size, I contacted Glamulet and requested to change my order before it was delivered. My request was fulfilled the same day, excellent customer service, very pleased. The item turned up within less than 1 week, much earlier than I was expecting. I am very pleased with the quality of the jewellery I have received, the princess ring has a good quality band (not thin and cheap) and the princess charm is adorable on the necklace. Cannot wait to see my nieces face when she receives them for her 16th birthday. Thank you Glamulet

First off, if you have to pay £9.95 for delivery i don't expect it to be delivered in 9-15 days that's an absolute joke, the delivery cost was almost half of what my gift actually was, I've also had no feedback at all with even a slight knowledge into when the expected delivery date will be. Terrible shipping prices and bad feedback system, I will not be coming back to this site in the future.

I have yet to receive this item. The purchase date on the review is wrong. It was purchased on 10/14. I didn't realize it was coming from overseas. The estimated shipping was 15 days. Is it 15 days from after it have shipped with was on 10/21? If so, we are at day 10 today. Why send me the survey before I received the product. Very upsetting.

I placed my order over a month ago. I ordered a picture charm, the one with a paw with a puppy picture as a gift for my mother since our family dog had passed away. I received a tracking # on Oct 10th. Here we are Nov. 4th and no items have made it to me yet. However, I've received about half a dozen emails asking me to rate my experience. How can I do that when I don't even have the items I ordered and every time I go to track my shipment there is no update. I called the post office for an update and was told that my tracking # was not eligible for a query update because Glamulet did not insure the package and because it was coming from a different country they were not required to update their tracking info. I'm highly disappointed and sad as this was a meaningful gift for my mother after losing her beloved pet. I ordered from them since my I had placed a similar order about six months before and had no issues. But never again. Sorry.
