Got an iPhone 11 Pro max and a iMac from them. The shipping time compared to Amazon is slow, but the customer service is way better. Definitely will be buying more from here.

I found this store as an facebook ad and i decided to give it a try. My order was delayed for 5 days due to the pandemic and at the 7 day my order was shipped and I received it 2 day later. The communication was great, for they emailed me every day with feedback about my order. I really recommend this store for PC purchasing.
This place is the must trustworthy site for gaming pc and laptops. I love GizXea because they always put customer first. I dont know why people have complain regarding GizXea. This people are amazing! I wish they would reopen their local store in Arkansas.

The only positive reviews come from Juan Sanjuan and Isabelle, who I'm assuming are the "owners" of the "business." They've removed their phone number so you can't contact them by phone anymore. They claim to be a BBB A+ business on their homepage but you can't find them on the BBB website. They don't respond to emails, and I haven't received a refund. Stay away from them.
This is not a good place, the customer service is not good, I tried to get my money back on a product that wanted to cancel and it was never give back to me. This is not the way to go, I should of just waited for the switch to go in stores and there were random charges on my card from Amazon. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE THEY ARE PEOPLE THAT ARE TRYING TO TAKE AWAY FROM THE CUSTOMER. THIS IS ALL JUST A BIG SCAM THEY NOT GOOD PEOPLE.
I found this site just searching online and first I thought it was a scam, for how low their preside are. I got a Nintendo Switch from them and 10 day after my order I received my order. The delivery was slow but the customer service was amazing. They still have work to do though.
