Awesome! Patty is great! This was a last minute order of many thank you cookies to be delivered to multiple addresses on different dates. I did not complete the order form correctly, and Patty stepped up to assist with my orders. I simply cannot be more satisfied with my experience, and working with her.

My son moved from Virginia to Florida and I wanted to send him a Gift Basket for Easter 2021. I was going to send an e-gift card from Whole Foods but decided to order this gift by Gift Tree that popped up on my Google Search. I had never heard of Gift Tree but saw they had good reviews. The most important thing to me was getting the $100 gift basket to my son by Easter Sunday. The site offered to get it to him by April 3rd for an extra $11.95 on top of the regular $16.90 FedEx delivery. They failed to get it to him for Easter and it arrived in the afternoon on April 6th. I was not happy with this un-promised service. I did send an email to Gift Tree to request a refund for the extra $11.95 that was not promised and they denied my very reasonable request. Thank you for your time.
It came a week after it was supposed to be delivered.
I believe this is the best site for sending outstanding fruit baskets. The fruit is always fresh and the packaging is very nice.

I paid extra to have the gift delivered on Saturday 4/3 the recipients birthday, it wasn't delivered until 4/4 the day after, I didn't pay to have it "maybe" get there by 4/3. I understand that what with Covid things are going slower which is WHY I PAID MORE to have it make it there on time. When I called to ask for shipping refund I was told I was "lucky it got there by 4/4" and there would be no refund.

The cukescakes received were just as advertised. They were beautiful and delicious too. Cakes were well packaged to prevent spoilage and any distortion of the gorgeous decorations.
I was gifted a similar basket and the champagne was delicious. Everything in my basket was fresh and tasted so good.
