Easy to order, gift arrived on time and the recipient was very happy.
Overall very good experience however a gift sent for Administrative Professionals Day during Covid should be delivered during business hours. A delivery after 6pm diluted the goodwill gesture.
My boss was so happy with her gift! She said she almost threw it away not realizing there was another on layer of goodies under the wrapping! So, my only comment would be to package it differently!. Other than that it was excellent! Very happy!

Everything in the basket are so cheap; worth maybe $20 not $80. There are more wrappings than the contents. Totally not worth the value!
I ordered packages which were mailed, but there was no indication about who sent it on the outside of the package. This caused some confusion for the recipient. The gifts were nice and they liked them.
My receipts are always well pleased, product delivered in time fashion.
The hamper was apparently lovely so thank you. Disappointed in the fact error with order on purchase and emailed company the same day to get no response to message. In addition specified delivery date for someone's Birthday for it to arrive 3/4 days later
It was a pleasant surprise to be assisted by a knowledgeable and experienced person. I as the recipient of customer service par excellence! Additionally, he had a great sense of humor which I thoroughly enjoyed.
Gift Tree has a user friendly website.
Company charges extra to select a specific date for gift to be delivered and then doesn't get the gift to the destination on time. They also don't refund the extra money you pay for that service. Gifts are meant to be given before or on the day being celebrated, fyi.

We ordered a gift basket for our our long time friends anniversary. It arrived on time.
Our best friends were celebrating their 50th Anniversary while they were on vacation down South. We wanted them to know that we were thinking about them on their special day, so we decided to send a Wine Basket. We researched and found the one at GiftTree that looked like a basket of selections they would enjoy. It was delivered on time and they loved it! We will definitely order from GiftTree again for those special occasions!
My best friend lost her husband of 24 years to heart failure and kidney cancer. She never liked receiving flowers from him on any occasion, but he would buy them for her anyway because that's what gentlemen do. Being her friend for 35 yrs I had to come up with something else because after losing her husband she's really going to dislike flowers. She sent me a text after receiving her basket writing " Thank you so much for the basket. Love it!."
