I paid to have chocolates delivered with flowers. They were not delivered. I called the next day and they said it would be rectified. It has not been. I want the chocolates delivered or I want my money back!

Overall happy with the gift sent but not happy with the customer service response.No customer service on weekends.
I paid a bit more for shipping to be delivered on Sat but the package did not arrive until Monday. The company should have reimbursed me for the shipping or provide some coupon for next order. Got nothing!
