Ordered time sensitive gift, for first special occasion after the passing of a loved one (Mother's day and was 2 months after the passing of our father) We could not be there personally, so we ordered it 6 days before it had to be there, got a tracking number ands was promised to deliver 2 days before mother's day, a Friday. It did not arrive Friday so we called and they assured us it would deliver Saturday, it did not. So they said they would make certain it would deliver on Sunday the actual day of MOther's day. Each time, we told my mom to wait for the delivery, she has a large acreage so has dogs out all the time, each day starting Friday, she put dogs in basement on Friday, then Saturday and Sunday, each day the dogs stayed in basement all day for no reason, so she left them out Monday and the delivery driver let the dogs out the gate and no one was home to sign for package because as well, she has stuff to do since she was home for 3 days straight wiating on this package. I called LIVID that all the above happened, they offered to call my Mom for me and explain it was not my fault but their fault hahahaha and then offered 20% off. Their website clearly states 100% satisfaction guarantee (LOL) and i called them on that and they said that is only if they deliver wrong, or damaged items... they cannot control delays... I sent it 6 days early mind you and it still showed a day late... I have used them and been pretty satisfied for over 10 years, descent products I have spent over $5000 sending corporate gifts and flowers for aunts and mom and grandma... NEVER AGAIN after this. It was only a $125 chocolate and snack basket, not the amount of money that is the issue, the way they handled it was just wrong..
My Mother's Day gift was delivered late! It finally arrived the day after Mother's Day, despite ordering one week prior.

I placed an order for my mom-in-law the site guarantees delivery for mothers day. I got a message that said it had been delivered the day before mothers day, when in fact it wasn't delivered. Today Monday after mothers day it still has not been delivered.as you can see that is why I'm not happy and will not ever order from you again.
I paid for a Saturday delivery and the item was delivered on Sunday night, when no one was home. The party did not get it until Monday when shipping would have been free.
Most of the strawberries were not ripe so it wasn't sweet at all gift tree send the gift on time problem was with the product.

I loved the basket presentations! The best feature by far on your website was the ability to send to multiple addresses from the one purchase in lieu of having to place 10 separate orders! I also appreciated the email updates on the shipping and delivery of each of the 10 baskets I ordered. I will definitely use GiftTree again! Mother's Day was Sunday, I ordered on Friday and it arrived on Saturday. To top it off my mom who collects wine loved the gift, gets no better than that. The customer service was great (no robot voice), and as I do not drink I can assume the products are of good if not high quality.
Hi. My recipient seemed to enjoy the product very much. So in that sense, I was satisfied. Otherwise, I was disappointed when a certain delivery day was promised but it didn't arrive until the next day. I understand when mother nature interferes but that wasn't the case this time. Sometimes expectations need to be met, and when you pay for those needs to be met, it can be disappointing when they aren't. This will be a factor in determining whether I use GiftTree again or not.
The dozen cupcakes were no where near the advertised quality as well as shipping damaged was pretty extensive. The wine basket was ok but again, the quality of the product was substandard compared to the advertised and priced gift basket
It would be nice to see some decent red ports in the basket.
I thought the basket came assembled, but my mother stated everything was individually wrapped. Did I miss something?

The size of some of the nuts packages were minuscule at best.
Had ordered the spring bouquet cupcakes for mil's birthday. At the last minute was told they didn't have the supplies needed to make it but could upgrade us to a layer cake instead. Had a little confusion with fed ex but it was delivered safe and sound and she loved it.

I'm not showing that you spoke with our Customer Advocates team by phone at all, but we did receive an email from you the morning of 5/10 which was responded to within 4 business hours.
It is true, we are experiencing transit delays right now. Although they have become more rare, we have made efforts to be as transparent as possible with our customers to plan for these potential delays with special occasions like this in mind. Because Saturday and Sunday are not typical delivery days for UPS, we recommend selecting an earlier delivery date to account for these potential delays. I'd also hate to see another delivery cause such headache in the future, any of our packages that do not contain alcohol will be left in a secure place at the door without requiring a signature or any changes to an every day schedule.
