I did not see the basket that was delivered but the receivers stated it was very nice with a beautiful basket. I would use GiftTree again.
I enjoyed the different choices. It was a little bit pricey but I enjoyed it nonetheless.
I don't want to write 50 characters. You would do better to give me a drop down list to choose from. This is really irritating.

What was delivered to my family was nothing like what I saw on your web site. Very, very disappointing
I purchased the Spring Bouquet Cupcakes as an Easter gift for family members. Was I ever disappointed. The price tag was high. The cupcake had an exquisite anise flavor, but was dry and barely edible. The floral bouquet also was dry and lacked flavor. Will I buy this item again? NO. Will I buy from GiftTree again. YES.
It was a gift for my mother for her 88th birthday and first of all, delivered on time and second, she loved it, all of it.

Overall customer service was great. But one star less because I wish there was more kid-friendly drink options. I was looking for a congratulatory gift basket for a family who just bought a home. The basket I chose included Moet and Chandon and chocolate treats. This was perfect for the adults but I also wanted to included the children in the celebration and there were no choices for kid-friendly sparkling cider (like Martinelli's). Found out that you can add Martinelli's when you purchase a floral arrangement, which I did. However the local florist GT partnered with doesn't offer this option and refunded my money for the add-in.

Hello, I just would like to share my experience with Gifttree at this time; I've wanted to send to my wife a little gift for her birthday.
First off all, I choose one kind of gift but at the moment that I finished my order something changed and the order was with the first option (!?!), that's ok, I assume that was possible my mistake.
Second, I expect all day for the surprise for my wife! But nothing! We know about the pandemic, ok but it has been more than a year, so I believe that your carrier partner already had time enough to adjusted for that. I had already paid for delivery by March, 27!
Three days before, your carrier partner knows if it's possible or not to deliver on time with fair price. The other way, I can go to the supermarket and get a gift by myself on the correct day with no problem!
That's it.

These baskets are not what they appear to be and aren't worth the money. Don't waste your time. Shop with Harry and David instead. Their products are exceptional! You receive exactly what you pay for.

This was my 4th time using GiftTree. Recipients are always amazed at both the presentation and the quality of products they receive. I've used them for both happy and sad occasions. The problem with other similar companies is that they are not consistent. Great gifts and customer service for one gift, and disappointing the next time. But with GiftTree, you can depend on their quality and superior customer service each and every time. They are now my go to company for gift giving.
