Nice products and I like the discounted price and efficient delivery.

I purchased a nice basket for some dear friends, and as of today they have not received it yet. First they sent me a note saying they could not locate the house, and so I asked our friend's son to explain the address which was correct, and so theoretically everything was on their way, and today that we checked, we hear the package has not been delivered.

Sent as a 75th birthday gift for my sister in law. She absolutely Loved it! She said the packaging was lovely and couldn't wait to enjoy her treats

Overall a good website experience. Only complaint is that I did not receive notification when delivered.

The gift arrived three days earlier than I selected, which is okay but not ideal, in case the client had not been at home to receive it.

My boss's Mom passed away and I needed to send a nice sympathy based in a pinch. Delivery was on-time; call to customer service to check it was on its ways was great. All around great and my boss texted me thanking me for the "beautiful" basket. Thanks for delivering and having excellent customer service at a time in history both are falling by the waist-side and everything is the customers problem and companies act as if they are doing you a favor.

The package was supposed to be delivered LAST WEDNESDAY, 6/14/23 and has not arrived. I received a message from you saying it wouldn't be delivered until Wednesday, June 21,2023 - NOT HAPPY!
