Please do not buy gift cards from this website. They say that they send gift cards but instead they send coupons. I spent Rs 2000 on Domino's gift cards and they sent 8 x rs 250 coupons which my family was only allowed to use at one time. It was a very embarrassing situation.

We ordered butterscotch cake and flowers worth of 35$. WASTE OF THAT MONEY. The cake was nowhere close to butterscotch had tuttyfrutty in the cake and the flowers were half dead. Domt take fooled by this company its to find any other company. I really like to give zero stars but i am not able to do it. Anyways beware of this company

I have used them 3 times, but each and every time there was one issue or the other.
* Ordered fruit basket but it was delivered in a newspaper wrap.
* Ordered mixed dry fruits, it was delivered in a plastic carry bag
* Ordered flowers twice, but was not delivered
* Ordered birthday cake, although it was delivered but late in the evening when the party was over.
* The recent order, was a birthday cake and flowers, nothing was delivered.
I was very disappointed, and all I got was automated apology email.

All 3 occasions were ruined because of delivery issues. I would suggest try to avoid them if you don't want to be disappointed

Most of the flowers were dead. Every single flower had a scotch tape stuck behind to keep it in place. It looked as if they picked the flowers from the trash and stuck it together with scotch tape. When discussed this with the company they were trying to prove that I was wrong. Will never order from here. Poor customer service.

They charge a fair bit of money for the gifts and yet don't deliver. I had ordered a birthday cake for my little nephew and they delivered the cake with wrong name. No check done.
On getting in touch with the whatsapp customer service number, the person responding was extremely rude. His name was Soumen. He gave me sloppy explanations like "miscommunication", "delivery person cannot check box", "bakery's mistake"! And then he went ahead and called my sister during the party, did not let her even explain the situation, just wanted to know when he could send a delivery guy to take the cake and cancel the order! He even hung up while my sister was talking!
On emailing the sales team, they claimed I was given an option of correcting the name and redelivering the gift-which was completely untrue.
Overall a terrible experience. Rude and unprofessional customer service makes it even worse.
Would never recommend this service to anyone.

I order a Rakhi bundle from them every year, and they have always arrived on time and look identical to the images online. I live in the USA and this is such a great way to send my Rakhi to my brother in India. Highly recommend.

I got a basket of flowers delivered to my brother, the product that they delivered looked nothing like what i ordered, it was terrible and embarrassing. They were old and rotten like someone pick it up from the road. When i contacted them, they said they wont do anything. Once order is placed, they don't resend new item or refund. WORST WEBSITE. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN, THEY ARE THIEVES AND DONT CARE ABOUT THE SERVICE OR CUSTOMERS.

I am happy with the services provided by GiftstoIndia24x7. I have sent rakhis to my brothers in india a couple of times and they've always reached on time. Flowers and cakes and gifts were always received on time, even when it was a last minute order. They did all they could to accommodate difficult timings. I guess for Australian users, the timing works in favor.

The live chat service is quite useful for people overseas. All in all, good business!

They are the worst provider I have experienced. They took the order and payment from the customer and then don't deliver the gifts. Dont even confirm unless you ask them about the gifts delivery.

I totally agree that the quality of their products and services have gone down. Their service people have become very cocky and there no humility left at all. Sent a surprise gift to my parents neighbor since they helped them while my father was hospitalized and the gifts were rotten. The neighbors very reluctantly informed me about the bad quality. When I called this merchant, they told me that it needs to be reported within 24 hours. I explained that it was a surprise gift and the neighbors of my parents were reluctant in informing me since they did not want me to feel bad. The vendor has no remorse and don't care. Took no action to fix this.

Firstly they delivery fungus infected sweets and then when I report it a day later the customer service was unprofessional and rude demanding why the recipient didn't call immediately. Why and how are they related. I ordered from overseas and I would have the order details. He then agreed to send dry fruits in a few mins I thought how can I trust their service with such perishable goods and asked if they can send packaged goods like chocolates. He was even rude this time saying they were doing me a favor and if I wanted to take the dry fruits or not. Really? In a few mins? Horrible horrible horrible... dont use them. There are other services that much better

The gift delivery window was 7-11 Jan and suddenly I saw through the tracker saying no address found. I got in touch with someone on the WhatsApp no. +91 ******* ******* while I confirmed I had given the correct address on the receipt -- how the hell have they are trying to deliver the package on the unknown place. It was Saturday 11Jan and they promised to rectify and confirm on Monday. On 14th Jan morning I still see the package delivered on the same wrong address again and request a refund. The person says they have put in the request. Now after a week, someone named Mohit sends me this message "We regret to inform you that the voucher returned to us as they couldn't find the address. Please get back to us with the alternate number and landmarks of the recipient's address so that we can reship it. Awaiting for your reply."
WTF is going on with this company - I haven't received my refund and they still have the audacity to keep continuing to pester me and tell me the same $#*!.
