I ordered flowers for a family member in India. This company claimed that they could not reach the recipient by calling the phone number that I gave them. They called my house at 3AM and left a message (as I was asleep at 3AM) stating that they could not make the delivery as they could not find the home, and asked for an another phone number to try. When I called later that day, they said that they had attempted delivery anyway, were unable to find the house, and yet considered their obligations met. They still charged us for the delivery of the flowers, though none were ever delivered. I do not recommend using this company. If we could give zero stars, we would. They made no effort to work with us during United States business hours to rectify the address or phone number issues.

I got a basket of flowers delivered to my brother, the product that they delivered looked nothing like what i ordered, it was terrible and embarrassing. They were old and rotten like someone pick it up from the road. When i contacted them, they said they wont do anything. Once order is placed, they don't resend new item or refund. WORST WEBSITE. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN, THEY ARE THIEVES AND DONT CARE ABOUT THE SERVICE OR CUSTOMERS.

Firstly they delivery fungus infected sweets and then when I report it a day later the customer service was unprofessional and rude demanding why the recipient didn't call immediately. Why and how are they related. I ordered from overseas and I would have the order details. He then agreed to send dry fruits in a few mins I thought how can I trust their service with such perishable goods and asked if they can send packaged goods like chocolates. He was even rude this time saying they were doing me a favor and if I wanted to take the dry fruits or not. Really? In a few mins? Horrible horrible horrible... dont use them. There are other services that much better

Very poor quality of products and the gift was late by 11 days. They have bought some local rexine belt and wallet and deliver it late.

They have charged 8,000 INR and gave a White Park avenue shirt (worth 600 INR), a rexine belt (there was price tag 299 INR) and Wallet, a deodorant (Adidas) and handkerchief box (Local). I think, the total will be only 1500 INR (including speed post fee).

They are looting people and they are hiding the reviews from people on their Facebook and Google.

FRAUDS!

I wish I could give this scam company zero stars. I ordered a hamper containing a Van Heusen shirt. The shirt that they sent was an absolutely different shirt from what was advertised in their photo. Was mortified to see that even the logo was different and it had a different colour on the insides of the sleeves and collar, looking like a casual shirt. What I had ordered was a single block coloured formal shirt.

Customer service people are so rude and keep repeating that they have sent the same shirt and there's nothing they can do to resolve it. Even a child can tell that the shirt is completely different from what I had ordered. What I find funny is how quickly they call me when I place an order in my cart and have not paid for it yet. How is it that the same dedicated service provided to payment matters is not given to people when they need support?

I had not done my research earlier as I desperately wanted to get a Valentine's day gift. But research has shown me now that many people have fallen victim to this scamming company.

Please do yourselves a favour and read reviews (the ones on other websites not the fake ones here) before wasting your hard earned money. Hope this message helps at least one person out there.

Just want to share my bad experience with every one that to me this company is a cheat.
I booked an order on 13th and delivery for 14th Feb for Valentines day, made 100% payment.
On 14th they fail to deliver my order and when i called on customer service and checked with them they said we will 100% deliver by today your order is on the way now.
After 4 hours i called again and informed them that my order is not yet delivered they gave me a reason that i placed my order after the cutoff time so my delivery will be on 15th Feb.
On 15th i received the confirmation email that my order has been delivered but when i checked with recipient on 16th Feb they informed me that they did not received they delivery.
I again called to customer service and double check where a lady confirmed me that my order is 100% delivered.
After 2 hours i called again and request for the delivery proof they said will revert back to you shortly. After 15 min i got a call and they told me that my order not delivered yet and now would you like us to proceed for tmr delivery or not?
They spoiled valentines day and keep making me fool that my order is delivered.
I request them to cancel my order and refund back my money as Valentine day was over they told me it will take come more time to do so.
Really don't know wether i will get back my money or not.

To me this company collects the order with 100% payment and use your money and when you catch them they will refund back with out any interest.
Most of the people place an order from abroad so they take advantage of that and play with their funds.

So guys pls be careful.

Confirmed that they could deliver the gift to the specific address before I even placed the order. After the order is placed they get back saying the location is too far and teh specific arrangement I chose cannot be delivered and suggested a substitution that was less expensive. After hours of mostly waiting for response and talking abt options, having assurance that they will deliver on the date specified, they come back finally saying they cannot deliver on specified date!
They have a lot to learn about customer service and department efficiencies.

I would give them Zero stars.
They have messed my orders, the last one they shipped the gift without my consent and when asked for a picture was not available and given a CCTV image from far.
By far the worse customer service, no courtesy, no solutions and no concern. No follow up call was done to even check on the order. Cake the message was wrong, the item was not the one I chose.
The manager in unprofessional, asking me what should be done for the shipment instead of a solution given.
The website - stock is not updated.

Today, I ordered a bunch of Roses for my Fiancee, and I selected the time frame of eve and also mentioned in 'Instructions Column' to please take care of the receiving person, who should be the one, to whom I am sending, I aslo added her Phone Number and Name, did full effort to make sure that, these guys will deliver flowers to my Fiancee, but in afternoon I have got the news, that flowers has already delivered to the family not the Fiancee! What the hell it is! It's totally disgusting, how can they did this! It's totally unacceptable and shown me, that they just don't read your instructions, following that is a very far thing. So, please take care of the receiver and timing by yourself, if you are going to use this website. Just a warning for all and bye bye GiftstoIndia! Will never see you again.
