Wish I could rate this scamming website in negative. It's a 100% SCAM. Pathetic staff. Unprofessional behaviour. Fake feedback / customer support team. Highly disappointing and hopeless source of shopping. Please don't order anything from there. There will be no delivery. I got fooled by their Rakhi gift hamper scheme! Ordered on 3rd Aug. Expected delivery on 9th Aug. Today is 13th Aug and still there's no delivery. And after all this, when I tried to find out status through their whatsapp support, they have the audacity not to give any clarity. They will cunningly say there was a glitch from courier partner's end. They don't even give you the option to cancel order! I already have lost all my money, time and efforts.

I have been a loyal customer of GiftstoIndia24x7 for several years, and while their delivery timing has always been reliable, the manner in which they conduct deliveries has become a significant issue. I live in the US and frequently order flowers for my elderly parents in India to celebrate their birthdays and anniversaries. Unfortunately, on multiple occasions, the delivery personnel have insisted on taking a photograph with my parents during the delivery.

The word 'insist' is an understatement; they simply refuse to leave until this demand is met. My parents, both senior citizens, feel extremely uncomfortable with this aggressive approach. What should be joyful occasions have become a source of dread for them, to the point where they now ask me not to send anything at all.

I even left explicit instructions with my most recent order, requesting that they refrain from asking for a photograph. My objection isn't about the photo itself—it's about respecting my parents' privacy and comfort. Sadly, the company's disregard for these concerns reflects poorly on their business culture and customer service. What was once a positive experience has turned into a distressing one - for my parents and for me.There are several options to deliver gifts - especially ones that are harassment free and those that respect their customers' privacy and space.

I placed two different orders on the same day.
First one: They took my money and never delivered. When I sent a query, only then they said they could not deliver. No apologies. Still awaiting refund.

Second order: When I sent a query (after they did not deliver my first), they said they could not deliver the flowers I had selected, and asked me about much cheaper flowers. I paid a lot for a big bunch of orchids! Again, if I had not asked, they would not have delivered anything with no refund. Need to report them to Consumer court.

Caution before placing an order with them; there's no guarantee it will be delivered.
I had ordered flowers for my wife's birthday ten days in advance, providing plenty of time for arrangements. On the morning of her birthday, I called them and received an email confirmation assuring delivery before 7 pm in India. However, at 2 pm, I received a call stating they couldn't fulfill the delivery due to a shortage. This lack of responsibility from such an organization is unprofessional. There's no excuse for such an occurrence, and they don't understand the seriousness of the gift or circumstance. Instead, I requested a replacement with available items, but received a negative response, with only the option of a refund. I urge you not to order from them as they fail to meet customer requirements.

Very bad service. I sent flowers to my mother on Mother's Day. The flowers she revived were almost dead and were in a normal water drinking glass. I ordered a very beautiful cube vase.
They also forgot to deliver the dry fruits i ordered to be delivered with the flowers.

Please stay away from these cheaters.

Please do not buy gift cards from this website. They say that they send gift cards but instead they send coupons. I spent Rs 2000 on Domino's gift cards and they sent 8 x rs 250 coupons which my family was only allowed to use at one time. It was a very embarrassing situation.

I order cake for my mom birthday and it's surprise cake for her. I order 3 days ago and mentioned specifically date. After I order customer service call me and verify item over the phone. During day delivered I called 3-4 hours ago to confirm my delivery also make sure same item delivered. My mom received different cake and she was not aware what I order. Once they sent me pictures it's totally different. Reach out to support and mention them cake not match so support team arguments about they don't have same item that's why delivered. I informed them they did not inform me and without my permission how can they change item. Support person Karan and Mohit both rude did not help me. I am using this team last 2 yr and I will never ever order

DO NOT BUY FROM GTI 24/7. It should be named S*** to India. I ordered a diabetic cake 500gm and flowers for my dad's birthday on 15th ( who has been in the ICU for last 2 weeks after a heart attack and only got home last week). He has only been diagnosed with diabetes 2 weeks ago and I wanted him to feel special after a critical illness in his life.
I told my mum who was going to bake a cake in the morning not to as I have ordered one with low sugar diabetics so he can eat. Indian time 2pm Gifts to india rang and told me they don't have flowers and they only have 1kg option for the same cake. I wasn't happy but paid extra as required for the bigger cake eventhough we don't need it as it is only for 2 people and I requested them to deliver the cake as early as they can as he still has many medications and goes to sleep by 7 or 8pm max which they agreed.
Keep reading as it gets better from here. Cake was delivered at 7.30pm Indian time and delivery man said it is just a normal cake and not sugar free! I would've cancelled my order if they could have said they didn't have sugarfree option. Getting a vanilla 1kg cake from our local store and charging 5 times the price and totally messing up the order and ruining.
I gave them 24hours to resolve the issue but they just closed my case wishing me to serve me in the future. So here is the review you asked for. I wish i had read reviews.

I have used them 3 times, but each and every time there was one issue or the other.
* Ordered fruit basket but it was delivered in a newspaper wrap.
* Ordered mixed dry fruits, it was delivered in a plastic carry bag
* Ordered flowers twice, but was not delivered
* Ordered birthday cake, although it was delivered but late in the evening when the party was over.
* The recent order, was a birthday cake and flowers, nothing was delivered.
I was very disappointed, and all I got was automated apology email.

All 3 occasions were ruined because of delivery issues. I would suggest try to avoid them if you don't want to be disappointed

The $#*!tiest and 3rd grade service and business who does not know how to speak and the not aware of their delivery team.

Promises that they will deliver on specific time and when followed up they abuse.

We ordered butterscotch cake and flowers worth of 35$. WASTE OF THAT MONEY. The cake was nowhere close to butterscotch had tuttyfrutty in the cake and the flowers were half dead. Domt take fooled by this company its to find any other company. I really like to give zero stars but i am not able to do it. Anyways beware of this company

I have stayed away from my family for a long time. Needless to say - one misses them. Many many thanks to GiftstoIndia24x7.com to help me stay connected with family. They have never failed me. Even in these trying times of Covid 19 Pandemic - they have managed to delivery and that too on time.

They delivered exactly what I ordered. Flowers, cake and dry goods. It was for my mom's birthday. I ordered around 8 pm EST on the day before her birthday and received both items by afternoon on her birthday.
