I am happy with the services provided by GiftstoIndia24x7. I have sent rakhis to my brothers in india a couple of times and they've always reached on time. Flowers and cakes and gifts were always received on time, even when it was a last minute order. They did all they could to accommodate difficult timings. I guess for Australian users, the timing works in favor.

The live chat service is quite useful for people overseas. All in all, good business!

Confirmed that they could deliver the gift to the specific address before I even placed the order. After the order is placed they get back saying the location is too far and teh specific arrangement I chose cannot be delivered and suggested a substitution that was less expensive. After hours of mostly waiting for response and talking abt options, having assurance that they will deliver on the date specified, they come back finally saying they cannot deliver on specified date!
They have a lot to learn about customer service and department efficiencies.

I am extremely unhappy with the quality of service rendered by this portal. Had ordered for a Rakhi and a watch. The gift reached 2 days late than promised and to make matter worse, only the Rakhi as delivered, that too it was the wrong Rakhi. The watch was not delivered, it took me to contact the customer service to get a response stating that the watch ordered is not available. This was supposed to be a Rakhi gift and thanks their unreliable service, this Rakhi has been ruined. Now I am struggling to get the reimbursement. Kindly stay away from this portal.

They have messed my orders, the last one they shipped the gift without my consent and when asked for a picture was not available and given a CCTV image from far.
By far the worse customer service, no courtesy, no solutions and no concern. No follow up call was done to even check on the order. Cake the message was wrong, the item was not the one I chose.
The manager in unprofessional, asking me what should be done for the shipment instead of a solution given.
The website - stock is not updated.

I have ordered some gifts for my niece based on website. After placing order and payment GiftstoIndia24x7.com came back saying the product is not available. Then I selected other product, it took 7 days to deliver and after delivery it was found damaged. Again the product is returned and these people are taking 7-10 days to deliver the useless product. Please do not order anything from this website, it is completely useless

Today, I ordered a bunch of Roses for my Fiancee, and I selected the time frame of eve and also mentioned in 'Instructions Column' to please take care of the receiving person, who should be the one, to whom I am sending, I aslo added her Phone Number and Name, did full effort to make sure that, these guys will deliver flowers to my Fiancee, but in afternoon I have got the news, that flowers has already delivered to the family not the Fiancee! What the hell it is! It's totally disgusting, how can they did this! It's totally unacceptable and shown me, that they just don't read your instructions, following that is a very far thing. So, please take care of the receiver and timing by yourself, if you are going to use this website. Just a warning for all and bye bye GiftstoIndia! Will never see you again.

I ordered flowers for a family member in India. This company claimed that they could not reach the recipient by calling the phone number that I gave them. They called my house at 3AM and left a message (as I was asleep at 3AM) stating that they could not make the delivery as they could not find the home, and asked for an another phone number to try. When I called later that day, they said that they had attempted delivery anyway, were unable to find the house, and yet considered their obligations met. They still charged us for the delivery of the flowers, though none were ever delivered. I do not recommend using this company. If we could give zero stars, we would. They made no effort to work with us during United States business hours to rectify the address or phone number issues.

They charge a fair bit of money for the gifts and yet don't deliver. I had ordered a birthday cake for my little nephew and they delivered the cake with wrong name. No check done.
On getting in touch with the whatsapp customer service number, the person responding was extremely rude. His name was Soumen. He gave me sloppy explanations like "miscommunication", "delivery person cannot check box", "bakery's mistake"! And then he went ahead and called my sister during the party, did not let her even explain the situation, just wanted to know when he could send a delivery guy to take the cake and cancel the order! He even hung up while my sister was talking!
On emailing the sales team, they claimed I was given an option of correcting the name and redelivering the gift-which was completely untrue.
Overall a terrible experience. Rude and unprofessional customer service makes it even worse.
Would never recommend this service to anyone.

I got a basket of flowers delivered to my brother, the product that they delivered looked nothing like what i ordered, it was terrible and embarrassing. They were old and rotten like someone pick it up from the road. When i contacted them, they said they wont do anything. Once order is placed, they don't resend new item or refund. WORST WEBSITE. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN, THEY ARE THIEVES AND DONT CARE ABOUT THE SERVICE OR CUSTOMERS.
