I ordered a personalized picture frame for an anniversary gift. The package arrived in the mail promptly. I was so disappointed when I opened it and realized I had made a mistake when filling out the form online. It was engraved with the wrong year an it was completely my fault! This was Tuesday and the anniversary party was Saturday! I called customer service and talked to a very helpful man named Bud. He had a replacement made with the correct year and express shipped it free of charge! It arrived Friday and was a beautiful frame. I will definitely be shopping with gifts.com again!

I ordered this 2021 Hari Raya cookies Gift set for RM85, but Giftr.com.my did not deliver this set in this black paperbag with Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Giftr.com.my delivered with just a plain white paperbag with no Selamat Hari Raya wordings on it. This is not what they advertised in their website. Very disappointing!
I suggest this Giftr.com.my advertise their goods as shown in their picture and as they will deliver them to their customers. Do not advertise nice pictures to impress buyers, but deliver goods which are not the pictures on your websites. Giftr.com.my is not trustworthy!
I placed my priority order on a Saturday and paid for expedited shipping expecting the item to come on Friday. I saw all these negative reviews and was really nervous however this site has one of a kind personalized gifts and I found nothing similar so had to order. I was hoping for the best as it was a Birthday gift. The item came one day before the expected date and it was perfect! It was exactly as described; a personalized candle. Although their website never updated to shipping status, the item did come and they updated their status once it was delivered. It was a pleasant experience and I will order again. Thank you!

My husband picked out several items for his birthday that were specifically available only on this website. It took me over an hour to get the order ready because the website is so unresponsive. Then, when I got to checkout, not only were the delivery dates nowhere near what the listings said, they "had to separate" my two items into separate orders, so I had to pay TWO $9.99 shipping fees! Now I'm seeing that one of the items isn't even going to be here for his birthday. My mother tried for two days on her computer and phone to purchase another item for him and never could even complete the purchase. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

I had to move and had a change of address order submitted and in verified.
Finally 1 month later they were "Supposedly" delivered to old address but Post office stated they were undeliverable and were destroyed.

My order never showed up the day they said. Yet to charge my account. Customer service just keeps replying it would be delivered on 2/15. No tracking info. Couldn't tell me if my order is even being processed. Never will I order from them again.
I ordered a special birthday gift for my friend's 40th. I ordered over a month in advance. I still have not received my items or my money and their customer service genuinely sucks! I will never order from this site again and I will do everything in my power to get them shut down. I promise. Giving all these innocent people hopes of great gifts and not delivering is the worst thing they could do. Customers make the business. Without us, there is no you.

So this first one was a total mess... writing way too light couldn't even read inscription... they were very accomadating and sent me a replacement. But... here it is. So then i gave up and have requested a refund 3 times. NO REPLY... Seems it was a disaster since the beginning. Now i get an automated reply sending me ANOTHER replacement! We'll see
Do not order from this company--after they agreed to cancel my order, they shipped the product anyway and now I have to pay the return shipping charges in order to get a credit for the items. That sounds fair, doesn't it?
I ordered a jacket for $77.00 free shipping supposedly CK for 45% off. I received email order confirmation right away and then three days later I have two charges on my credit card one for $87.00 and one for. 69 cents from some place in China! Now five days later with no replies or no shipping conformation on my purchase I had to inactivate my credit card. Gift to live is a scam website from China... I hope I can get my money back thru my credit card company.
I ordered on 10/12/19 and received confirmation saying I would receive tracking info within 3-5 days. I received no further emails from them. I called the number on their website and there's a recording saying that the number was cancelled. I sent an email asking about my order on 11/16/19 and have never received a response. Of course, my credit card was charged immediately upon my order. I have filed a dispute about this charge with my credit card company.

They refunded my shipping costs, and reshipped the order. Its been 7 days since i placed the original order. I still dont have either order. And my tracking info still is showing in "pre-shipment"
Ordered an overpriced flower arrangement to be delivered to my mother in time for christmas. On the morning of the 23rd, email received that it will be delivered "with a smile" later that day. At the last minute, receieved email that it wasnt gonna happen because of "damaged product". Only offered delivery another day after x. Mas without even a discount. So I depended on this company, as Im abroad, and figured the only job of this gifts.com was to get the product delivered on time, especially since the delivery cost was so high. In short, they ruined any opportunity for a gift to arrive for my 80 year old mother in time. Stay away from this company if you care about your loved ones.
