On December 2,2024, the company Claims They sent my Christmas ornament to my sister in Columbus, Ohio. Her address was correct. She never received it. So I contacted the company they claim they Would review my request and email. I never received an email and it was not re-ordered. It is now December 15. It's too late for her to get the ornament in time for Christmas. Poor customer service and poor response do not order from this company. Have used them before never a problem.
I ordered a solar light cross for my son's accident sight. It came fast. But only worked for one night. And haven't even placed it out side yet. Just in the window…. And I have emailed several times. Even live chatted with a representative. And they just end the chat suddenly. I just want one that works. Is that to hard to ask for. I mean. I lost my son at the age 22. To a careless driver running him off the road while he was on his motorcycle 😭😭😭
Ordered item (mens pants) mid Feb '23. Item finally arrived (3 weeks), but had what looked like a massive grease stain on it. Plus their size guidelines are inaccurate - way too small. Even though their return policy says to return faulty product, in this case, no, I had to pay for that.
Sent the item back (to China at my expense).
It is now April, and I have had nothing but stalling techniques from them.
The latest was a request to take of photo of the item for them.
Think about it.
1. I have already parceled item back to China. Tracking system says that they have received it. So obviously I don't have the item to take a picture!
2. They have the order number. Surely they just need to look it up on their own system?

"Create an account" process is challenging. The site did not send me a way to verify my account via email. I tried several times. "Live chat" customer service not responsive. I withdrew my order. This was my first time ordering from this site. I will not waste my time again.
Great gifts if you want to pay outrageous shipping and handling costs and receive the item 11 days late with no apology and a refusal to refund the shipping on the original order. Bad business practice and poor customer service reflecting a "we don't care" attitude.

I ordered this 2021 Hari Raya cookies Gift set for RM85, but Giftr.com.my did not deliver this set in this black paperbag with Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Giftr.com.my delivered with just a plain white paperbag with no Selamat Hari Raya wordings on it. This is not what they advertised in their website. Very disappointing!
I suggest this Giftr.com.my advertise their goods as shown in their picture and as they will deliver them to their customers. Do not advertise nice pictures to impress buyers, but deliver goods which are not the pictures on your websites. Giftr.com.my is not trustworthy!
Placed our order. Was told it would ship within 20 days. Going on 3 months later, still no product. Told them to cancel order and credit my card back. Was told it was ready to ship. 2 weeks later, nothing. Told them cancel order and give me a refund. They said they would check with the shipper. I do not recommend this rip-off company. I ordered the "Pajama Teddy Bear" personalized for my grandson. The quality was awful! The pajamas do not fit the bear, way too large, the bunny feet hang off of the bear. The first letter of his name was half off and I had to glue it on with fabric glue. ORDER #*******304
I ordered a special candle holder for my "almost" daughter. It looks like I got it at a dollar store. I paid $40 for it and it is very small, it took over a month to get it in the mail, the wood where the candle is supposed to sit is covered with splinters. The sentiment is nice but the quality is very poor.

Based in the UK, I wanted to send a gift to my sister in the US.
My first problem was the that the Cart would not load my gift purchase. After about 20 attempts over 24 hours I finally succeeded only then to be told that there were faults with my Credit Card details. A second card was also found unacceptable.
I used the Live Chat feature only to find that the Agent could do nothing except suggest I phoned the US from the UK. Despite the cost I did this. It took a ridiculous 33 minutes and 22 seconds before I was told by the Sales Agent that she wasn't able to process my phone order because she had only just discovered that neither she nor the US website were able to accept credit cards with non-US billing addresses. Apparently her extensive training missed this small, insignificant point. And obviously the developers of the website thought this irrelevant too.
In an attempt to be helpful the US Agent directed me to the UK site -- but when I went there I found that the prices were Pound for Dollar, i. E. a $50 item in the US costs £50 in the UK. Wicked over-pricing in the UK.
But not just the UK!
The USA too, as I belatedly discovered when I searched the web for the same or similar items. The fact is that EVERYTHING that Gifts Dot Com sells is also available from others at far, far cheaper prices than Gifts Dot Com advertise. I think I had a lucky escape. You will too if you walk away and buy from just about anyone else at all.

Ordered a gift for my sister's birthday. Never arrived. I was tracking the order on their site and it kept saying the delivery date was Jul 23 - and so I kept waiting. Come July 24, I write to them asking why the gift was delayed and they tell me they simply cancelled the order!
They claim they emailed me for details on customization on July 13 (which I'd already provided when I ordered). I went back and looked in all trash/spam/junk folders for their email - none! They refunded me the money - but only after I complained that the gift wasn't received. If they'd cancelled the order already, wouldn't they have processed the refund already and updated the order information on their website?
Overall, I think somebody over there screwed up, and they don't want to admit it. Disappointing experience overall. If they'd at least admitted their error - I wouldn't have written them a 1-star review. They should start by being honest and admitting their errors.
Don't be fooled by their expedited shipping. Their shipping dates is inaccurate... dont pay extra on shipping cost.
