I ordered for a rakhi and box of chocolates and they delivered five rakhis to my place. What will my one and only brother do with 5 rakhis.
Ok agree that it was a mistake and they didnt know that I have only one brother, but t hey dont even respond properly, their website is the worst, nobody answers the call on the given number.
Atleast they should answers customer queries. This is really disgusting. How can they just change the whole order like that. And if try to place a query this is what you get. For almost one hour this is what was there.

My fiancee had orderd a cake and few fifts for me from UK which was supposed to arrive on 1st aug.
They took money for an expensive cake which was displayed on their site and the cake i received
Was entirely different from the original.It appeared to be from some cheap local bakery and was horrible to say the least.The gifts which she ordered were delivered 15 days after my birthday... it took them freaking 15 days to deliver it!

I ordered same day delivery for Valentine's Day it's 8:00pm but still no delivery yet. I'm not sure why they advertise same day delivery & all other things on site & can handle the order. Try to call them number is switch off & no answer on WhatsApp number either.
The order that was placed was different from the order delivered and there is no Customer Service to be able to report to. There is no email and no phone contact available. I ordered a few things from this site mistaking it for gifts to India 24x7 which is a MUCH better and reliable site. This business delivered the items which looked nothing like what I ordered. The fruits arrangement was shabby compared to what was advertised. There was no balloon or card which was there in the photos. The first two photos show what they promised/advertised and the next two photos show what was delivered.
When I made a complaint they did nothing to rectify it except promise the next time it would be better. But obviously there would be no next time.
I order a Diwali gift on 8/11/2015. Still it's not delivered. Money was taken from my account immediately.
I have been writing email. Still no action been taken.
I want money back. Pathetic online service.

I can't believe them, they ruined the special occasion n didn't send my gift. I felt so embarrassed. I got the order number n everything but these people didn't send my gift. Two words for them is worst service.
My Rakhi has not been delivered yet. They are big frauds.
Worse company ever. This company is not reliable, trustworthy and professional. Last year they delivered stale and cheap dry fruits and assured me will never happen next time. This time they didn't deliver the rakhi on time then what's the use of spending so money and not getting it delivered on time, I should have couriered it. They only care about money and not the deliveries. The customer service is so bad, for three days I tried to trace it and they kept on telling me it will get delivered and assured me 100 percent. They are frauds and deliberately stealing your money.
Red Alert - Beware of this Company. Very unprofessional. Customer Service is a Joke. Me and My Brother ordered a cake to be delivered to my Son in india. They made a Joke out of the order. At the end, after loosing the Faith with this unprofessional and fraud company, have to pay and request someone locally to deliver the cake the Cake to keep up my promise with my son.
I ordered flowers and chocolates for my mom's birthday from this awful site. What they delivered was rotten worst ever $#*! flowers which wont be even 10 INR in India. I called them a million times and atlast once they received it. When i was furious on the customer service representative he just hung up the call on my face and never anyone received the call. They charged me money and this is the $#*! service they provided.
I order for my parents anniversary below items to deliver on 6/22/1017
1. Flowers, Cake & almonds --> Hand delivery. Also I called them to make sure they deliver on time & customer service rep said they have vendor all over india they deliver on time. But they never show up till 1:30 PM. Again I called the Customer rep to see whats going on they said they will be delivered by 8:30 PM. AS per my request they should be delivered by 9:30 AM. They never showed up. So I raised dispute on credit card. Hey guys any vitems with this site raise a dispute on your credit card.
The gift was delivered in time but the quality of the sweets was poor, some of the sweets I heard were not good at all. I even had some instructions but they did not consider even 1.
What's the point of spending money and sending something to someone but did not manage to make them happy! Waste of money
They are running a scam and they are running it quite successfully.
They charge you in advance. Once you have paid the money, either u will never receive the order or u will receive something absolute crap 1 week after the event.
Guys beware of this company and they charge you through SHAANT.com, they will deliver part of order and will not deliver with high price. You will waste all your time energy and money after them. Please do not use their service at any cost.

I placed an order number HGTI**************, which was scheduled to be delivered on 1st Aug 2017 but it's not delivered till today (8th Aug 2017).
I am trying to call them for last 5 days. No one picked phone. Today I managed to get hold of them and they hung phone on me. Worst customer service.

Had ordered 1 week in advance for mother's birthday and flowers were not delivered in vase as promised and Haldiram kaju katli sweets have been out for delivery for 10 days! When finally managed to contact customer service, i was fobbed off as not being computer literate even without knowing my background...
I regret not seeing previous reviews before ordering.

Hi. I ordered cake and flowers for my brother (HGTI**************). First of all there delivery was not on time second cake and flowers they delivered that was of worst quality. When i called to customer care for my complaints they were not taking any responsibility... pathetic service...
I wish I have read the reviews before placing the order. This is the worst site I ever came across. I sent Rakhi on August 15th and it did not get delivered until August 26th. All the sweets went bad, and it did not serve the purpose. Most annoying thing is they have provided several phone No's but none of them work. Just west of time, never ever use this site
Fraud company and it doesnt exist, the phone number is always switched off and they wont reply to emails and you money is just waste.
Need to see how to file a complaint on them for their fraud.

These people are fraud and doesn't understand what customer service is. I wish i had seen the reviews before placing the order. I placed order for Rakhshabandhan and they said they coudlnt deliver on the day so i gave them another day. They came back to me saying they cant deliver the items i order which was a rakhi and chocolates and some sweets and instead they offered to send a cake. They said this after 3 days of the festival which was pointless of sending. The Customer service team is hopeless and doesn't know how to make it right and will keep repeating themselves as if i am speaking to some Robot. Will never recommend this company. Its a rip off
