Kindly please don't waste your money from ordering from this website.they will take your money and they won't deliver your items and after you done the payment they won't respond you. So customer be aware of this site it's really scam.

I wish I had reviewed them before. I had a HORRIBLE experience with them. They didn't deliver on time for my mother's 85th birthday. It reached her the evening of the day after. Her birthday celebrations were a dud :( And to top it, THEY DON'T ADMIT THEIR MISTAKE AND ARGUE THEY'RE RIGHT! My goodness, their customer service is downright miserable. Please stay away.

I have ordered rakhi but still don't know about status of delivery.Not receiving any response of my emails. Customer care number are also not working.

Not deliver on time after the event they delivered and project quality is chip. All product quality is very chip full west of money.

Absolutely pathetic service! Ordered birthday chocolates to be delivered on 22nd December. Today is 23rd December and still not delivered. Upon chatting in whats app being told "RGTI**************
Your order is a courier item and it is in transit already. But we are waiting for the tracking details to get updated."
When I asked for a refund, I got a response "The order is already in transit sir/mam and now the order cannot get cancelled."
Absolutely hopeless service.

I have ordered Rakhi on 29th and they accepted for next day delivery.But till 4 days no one delivered nor customer care available. Before developing any site owner should think about the customer service contact number n person.The number has given on website no.one picking up call nor responding.Such a Stupid people r handling. They need to learn about customer satisfaction.If there is option to rate below 0 also more for them.

We have ordered flowers and cake, these guys cancelled flowers by themselves saying user asked to cancel. Useless and ruthless team, worst customer care. Designing terms and conditions as per their convenience and ruining people occasions.

THEY HAVE TERRIBLE SERVICE, NEVER DELIVER ON TIME OR EVEN ON THE DAY THAT YOU WANT THEM TO DELIVER. THEY NEVER EVEN APOLOGISE FOR THEIR TERRIBLE SERVICE. AND THE GIFTS TOO LOOK AWESOME, NOTHING LIKE THEY HAVE ON THE WEBSITE. HORRIBLE!

It's been nearly a month that I've ordered but they didn't give me any updates about my order and they have made me pay for extra delivery. I will not recommend this site for any other users.

I booked a gift for my friends birthday on 10th May to be delivered on 12th May 2023. Till today its not been delivered...God knows when they will do it. No use delivering after the birthday is over.

I had ordered four items to deliver on my mother's birthday but they delivered only 2 items on time. Those 2 items delivered were also of very poor quality and cheap. When I made complain, the head office send remaining items by courier but it was much after birthday so whole intention of gift was ruined. I'm surprised that why couldn't they contact local branch and get it done on same day.

Kabhi iss site se gift kisi kk send naa kre warna bht bezzati honge yeh dikhte kuch hai or bhjte kuch or charges toh puchte maat 800rs mai 2 apple 2 orange 2 banana or cheap se bhja. Very buy very bad.

My order number RTGI ************** was delivered in time. That's the only plus point. The multicolored roses were fully bloomed and at the time of delivery itself the petals were falling off. When I complained on WhatsApp the reply I got was - "Due to marriage season there is a flower crisis, so we supplied what was available, moreover you didn't mention that you wanted half bloom flowers." This reply by WhatsApp which I have proof.

This is the most ridiculous excuse I have ever heard. If a business cannot deliver then they should close that business.

Basically they are saying that If a customer doesn't mention what quality of flowers they want, they will send full bloom flowers with petals falling off which will not last even one day.

On 2 previous occasions I have used this supplier and I was satisfied. But this time I am very very dissatisfied at both their service and customer care. The least they can do is send a replacement bouquet of any flowers which are not "in crisis" This will show that they are genuinely concerned about their clients.

There is a phone number on the website but either calls don't get connected or else no one answers if you call.

The online price we pay far exceeds the actual value of the flowers just to bring happiness to our recipient. Instead I was ashamed and embarrassed to see the picture my recipient sent me.

I will not recommend this supplier to anyone unless they show they are truly sorry and make up for it.
