I have ordered for same day delivery. It has been 3 days now, still its not delivered. Also contacted the customer support but no response.

I placed an order by opting same day delivery, unfortunately it got delivered next day. When I contacted the customer service, they could not answer my query properly. Instead saying the payment got stuck at payment gateway, thereafter they stopped answering my calls. Next day when I wrote to them to cancel and refund my amount, they replied it is out for delivery and cannot refund the amount. Finally they delivered next day. Very disappointing

My order number is RGTI**************. I ordered items for my daughter 2days ago for todays birthday. It was mentioned same day delivery. Still the items are not delivered. Terrible customer service ever. When i asked about the shipping details/ consignment number they neglected. Please dont book from there.Its been 3days now. My daughters bday also finishing today. Pathetic customer service ever

First of all I ordered it from USA to India. After I placed the order there was not a single email for my order and detail. I contacted service there was no reply either. I will not order from here again.

I should hv read reviews before but clearly they commit fraud by claiming same day delivery when the gift actually leaves from a far off place 2 days later. A gift supposed to be same day delivered on Diwali is still in transit. Their customer service has put me on auto reply. Seems like their standard mode of operation.

I ordered for my daughter's inlaws in delivery in Chittorgarh teo days before diwali and they delivered two days after diwali
Also Ferrero roches chocolate box was not delivered they delivered some local chocolate, also at time of booking sweets they told they shall fetch locally best sweets so i ordered rasmalai and kesar ladoo and to my dismay they purchased rotten sweets from Kolkata to deliver to Chittorgarh in rajasthan in 5 days such stupid PPL in this company

Made 2 separate chocolate orders for Diwali (Oct 2022).
Since the payment is done, there is no response from their end.
No phone number available and the whatsapp never responds.
Even after 10 days of payment there is no response or delivery.
They are cheaters, never get trapped.

Since last couple of year I've been placing Diwali orders and never gifts were delayed on time. It's always delayed for couple of days or more. They either need to come up with realistic estimated deliver dates during order processing or change their courier services.

The site is a scam. It has been one of the worst experiences I have had online. First of all, there is no customer service. Secondly, the number provided is always switched off and there is no alternate number to track the gifts sent.

Even the email service they have is very bad, there is no response at all. We had ordered three gifts from the site and one got delivered to Hyderabad on Diwali. But it also had defects in the form of a broken Laxmi Idol.
The rest two gifts we are not being able to track down. What to say we are extremely disappointed with the service and I don't know how the ranking of the page is so high in Google.

I have one request though don't be fooled and never ever order gifts from this site... It will be a waste of time, money, and patience for you all. We were tricked I hope no one else falls into the trap. This is my only prayer to god.

ALARM! THIS IS A FRAUD WEBSITE, ORDERED TWO RAKHIS AND NONE REACHED THE DESTINATION. THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER IS A SHOW PIECE, ALWAYS SWITCHED OFF AND THEY RESPOND ON WHATS APP WHENEVER THEY WANT TO!

Managed to get a resonably priced Bouquet of 300 red rose delivered at Chennai today. Ordered at 10 am for delivery at 12 noon. They requested for time till 1pm and actually delivered on the promised time. Thank you for making my wife happy on our anniversary.
