These guys are fraud and are in business to rob innocent customers. Following is my interaction with their CSR, when they cheated me by sending less than published quantity of Walnuts, that I had sent for my father on his birthday:

Ordering online was simple and straightforward, delivery stated 2-4 days, even when I called I wanted the items delivered by 11 August and was advised if I order now shouldn't be an issue. Ordered the item on 6th August, they were sent by courier to local delivery on 10 August (in time for delivery for 11 August) however the local courier failed to deliver them. Having chased gifts 24x7 they kept saying for 3days they are looking into this, even when complaint raised, was advised someone would get back to me in an hour no one did. Having requested a refund on 14 August as to date item has not been delivered, I have been advised one will not be issued until the courier returns the order, so the courier can choose not to deliver and not to return the goods! I will never use them again!

These bastards have taken money and didnot send me the cake and in turn they have given a telephone number and asked me to contact them. The local ayangar bakery didnot hav the chocolate cake that i ordered. So finally I was not given my money back. I am a criminal lawyer in hyderabad court. I am going to file a petition in the criminal court and also file in Consumer court. These bastards do not have patience to answer the calls. They need to seriously punished. Fraud website.

I had selected for an anniversary gift to be delivered to an address in Ghaziabad (India) on the 21st of november 2010 (date selected on your website). The gift was supposed to be a black forest cake from either Taj (5 star hotel)or another 5 star bakery and a nice bouquet of flowers.

1. The gift was delivered on the 20th of November.

2. It was a very inferior quality cake, terrible packing and from a local confectionary in Ghaziabad. Deatils: Madhurima Bakers Confectioners, A-7 Jawahar Gate Ghaziabad. This is not a 5 star bakery/confectionary as advertised on the website. To add to the grievances, it was a banana cake with 3 inch layer of cream that was not fresh, instead of a black forest cake that was ordered and paid for on your website.

3. The bouquet was of a very inferior quality with flowers that were not fresh.

As I had said before, such an act is unaaceptable by any standards. When there is a request for delivery on a certain date, it has setimental values attached to it and your wrong delivery date and wrong product has spoilt the whole purpose of the gifting process and has really played with our emotions. The delivered item was completely different from the item that was paid for, suggesting a case of fraudulant sale. Despite my giving you them chance to rectify their mistake, I have not recieved any confirmation or acknowledgement of the same. The feedback/complaint form on their website does not work. I even tried calling on the number provided (India mobile number), but the call is held for a while and then disconnected. Besides, it is a mobile number and most businesses have a landline you can trace. There is no information regarding the physical location of the company. I believe that the company is taking advantage of people around the globe and this act of thirs amounts to fraud (criminal offense). I have all the evidence (delivery box, etc) in India and the email confirmation of the order and the payment details to confirm this incidence.

I think there should be strict legal action against this website and it should be blocked from the search engine and from the world ide web to prevent other innocent customers from getting stooged.
