My order number RTGI ************** was delivered in time. That's the only plus point. The multicolored roses were fully bloomed and at the time of delivery itself the petals were falling off. When I complained on WhatsApp the reply I got was - "Due to marriage season there is a flower crisis, so we supplied what was available, moreover you didn't mention that you wanted half bloom flowers." This reply by WhatsApp which I have proof.
This is the most ridiculous excuse I have ever heard. If a business cannot deliver then they should close that business.
Basically they are saying that If a customer doesn't mention what quality of flowers they want, they will send full bloom flowers with petals falling off which will not last even one day.
On 2 previous occasions I have used this supplier and I was satisfied. But this time I am very very dissatisfied at both their service and customer care. The least they can do is send a replacement bouquet of any flowers which are not "in crisis" This will show that they are genuinely concerned about their clients.
There is a phone number on the website but either calls don't get connected or else no one answers if you call.
The online price we pay far exceeds the actual value of the flowers just to bring happiness to our recipient. Instead I was ashamed and embarrassed to see the picture my recipient sent me.
I will not recommend this supplier to anyone unless they show they are truly sorry and make up for it.
