I sent my first Giftrocket gift last week, and it received such a positive response that I sent a few more 'just thinking of you' gifts over the next few days, and I'll be back again for the holidays. It's a super quick and easy gifting option, and I highly recommend.
My son gave us what he thought would be a $50.00 gift. We needed to give up our bank info or choose another gift card. The gift cards werent great choices for us. I would NEVER sent someone a gift through GiftRocket. It truly sucks!
It does what it's supposed to. It sends money to whomever, whenever, without much more hassle than sending an email. The modern day equivalent to sending birthday cards through the mail; perfectly if I may add.
My brother treated us to a dinner via GiftRocket, and I had never heard of or used the site. The flexibility of it all, and just the ease with which I could get my gift was great. A member of the GR team even emailed me afterwards, in a personal manner, to ask about me experience. Use it!
I've been waiting for my gift to be deposited, never received a confirmation email saying that the gift will be deposited it won't let me track where my money is i've tried contacting customer care multiple times i get sent to a voicemail then told to email them which i have 3 times with no reply. I definitely do not recommend using this
Someone used my debt card 7 times to buy gift cards. Was not authorized at all my me. Bank had to reverse the charges and is now having to send me a new card. Wish I could find out who used it, the card never leaves my possession!
I think GiftRocket is the best idea ever! It allows you to give a gift but the recipient gets to choose how they spend it. So convenient and I love that you can email the gift to the recipient. Will definitely be using GiftRocket again.
I received a gift card from my son for Mother's Day and was a bit hesitant at first but found I was able redeem it in multiple stores or deposit it to my bank account! After I made my choice it only took 3 days!
Giftrocket is pretty simple... use it to send money to people with a nice suggestion and a pretty card. I use it all the time for family/friends who live across the country, and when I've made a mistake, their support has been responsive, as well.
Very satisfied with the service provided. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends and maybe even an enemy or two. Keep up the good work. I look forward to working with you again in the future.
I had a very nice experience with GiftRocket. My sister lives in Montana and I struggled to find a nice online giftcard that wasn't for a huge chain - this was a great alternate option. My $3 credit didn't work at first, but their customer service was very quick to remedy the issue.

Terrible idea. Bought the card for a gift. All they do is send cash to the recipient when they redeem it. You may as well just PayPal someone the cash and bypass paying a $7 tra action fee. This is a SCAM!
I had absolutly no problems so far with redeeming my gift certificate which is saying a lot. There is usually problems with just about everything now days. And customer service is lousy. It's nice to see a company that cares!

We received a GiftRocket gift card for Christmas. It was easy to use and the choices provided were wonderful. Would recommend this as a way to send gift cards for anyone who wishes to let the recipient make a choice. Great option.
I screwed up and ordered a $200 gift certificate for an elderly friend that was the wrong type of gc -- Gift Rocket not only worked with me to figure out why it was wrong -- and then, in the end, refunded my entire payment. Thanks to Jake, my friend will now get what she need -- and I will use Giftrocket again in the future.
It is a great website. I had a really good experience. Received a few gifts so far. Was very easy to transfer the money on my bank account. And also very prompt. Receiver also have the option to send the money to paypal account or use them in any store... So its a great business that offers options for anyone's needs and accessability. Very Satisfied and will let all my friends know we should use this website from now on.
I absolutely loved getting a giftrocket for me to use at my hotel for my bachelorette from a friend who could not make it! It was such an easy thoughtful gift! It was easy to use and understand so much better than any other "gift card" out there!

Its been 3 days since $ 800 usd gift card was sent to me for which i redeemed and was told i will receive the code yesterday but till now nothing is sent, i emailed them but no response, I think they are Scam, the date they gave to send the code is past yet the status shows emailed. I will never recommend them Bad experience.
They charged my card $ 2,825 but later sent me an email saying the card is not charged, am i stupid, is it not my own card and money. They are scan
Waited for more than five days to receive an email to redeem my gift card, be careful, do not use this website as they keep the money for their own advantage to use it for days before giving it to you. The service is the worst; all you can do is send an email to the support and keep your finger crossed to contact you back. I will never use it, and I asked the institute to not use it at all, and they agreed.
Make sure you read befor purchasing. I sent myself a card just to see what my son would be receiving. You do have option to get gift card from a few select places otherwise you have to enter your bank account number to get cash transfer. Go on Amazon they offer better selection.

As a note, we like our cash gifts better in part because there's no certificate to carry or risk losing and never any leftover or unused funds (regular gift cards are lost/wasted at about 30%!), all with the personal touch of a gift card/greeting card.
