Sent $212 for my daughter. My daughter never got an email to redeem the gift. They said that they sent it but they didn't. Checked all mail folders. They won't respond to voicemails & are LIARS! I reported them to the Better Business Bureau & my bank. DONT USE GIFT ROCKET!
I was gifted one of these a year ago and there is simply no way to redeem it. They keep the money and customer service is not helpful. This is a scam.
My mom got me a gift card to a restaurant for my birthday. I tried to redeem and saw someone else had already. Instead of a restaurant gift card, they converted it to an ebay gift card which I will never see again. I have emailed customer service TWICE and heard NOTHING.

I had never heard of giftrocket before about 2 weeks ago. I passed my realtor's contact info to a friend, and they ended up closing on a place. To thank me, my realtor sent money through giftrocket. I'll admit, at first I was very confused. Is this a gift card? Is this cash? Do I print something?
Luckily giftrocket expects all of these questions and has a very easy to follow link and FAQ area. Giftrocket is a really cool way to send money and a note to a friend. The friend then has the choice getting the money via papal, credit card, or straight to their bank account. This is not a gift certificate for only 1 place, this is cash with a suggestion. I have gift-cards to a few different random stores/restaurants that i just haven't had a chance to use, and even having only a few in your wallet adds a lot of thickness. Giftrocket eliminate the need to print or carry anything with you. Money goes to your account and you spend it on whatever you want. Did the gift giver have a terrible suggestion? That's OK... go somewhere else! I don't know why this business didn't exist sooner!

I wish I could give 0 stars, but this website scammed me out of giving a Christmas gift to my Mom. The restaurant (Goodfellas in Wexford, PA) explicitly told us to never do business with Gift Rocket because they have scammed a ton of people.
I bought a acmoore gift card they didn't tell me that there wasn't a card for armoire until after I paid. Then they told me to have the money put into my bank acct. Like a dummy I have my banking info. Bad don't do that. I never got the money so now I'm fighting for it back. I'm calling my credit card co. Now to stop payment I hope.

DO NOT USE... GIFT CARDS DO NOT WORK. Tried to get the gift card that was given to me. Code did not work. There is no phone number to call for help. Only email that tells you the confirmation number you are using is wrong.
What a super easy way to send a gift! During this pandemic it's hard to shop for gifts, but NOT with GiftRocket. I will definitely use the again!

I work for a restaurant named Frank Papas in St. Louis. We are a locally owned mom and pop restaurant. I had a to turn down a 100 gift card from this website from one of my tables. DO NOT USE.

I can't get any of my credit cards to accept the GiftRocket payment. Guess I'll have to try the bank account option. I don't understand why these guys exist and what they do. Major PITA
I purchased 5 gift cards worth 175$ and I was debited I waited over 3days just for them to say my order was canceled. Yet I didn't receive any refund nor did I or the receiver receive any mail saying the orders were canceled. NEVER EVER USE GIFTROCKET. All their reviews are fake. I can't take it anymore. Broad daylight scam. COMPLETE RIP OFF
Very easy to use. Got a gift ticket gift certificate for Christmas wasn't sure how it all worked. But the process of redeeming was super easy and flexible.
