I receive a gift card for appreciation. I try to register it and it said error. Then I call it gave me the total amount. As soon I try to use it declined. Call customer service was a waste of time. Never received it back. They keep trying for me to give them my address and other unnecessary information. When I keep telling them it was a gift.

Bought a Uber eats gift card and never received it in my email this is completely unacceptable and they need to be stopped from scamming others
They declined my purchases after I had no problem with the first one. They told me that there was a problem to try again. I did several more times not knowing that they were taking my money each time. Now they are giving me the turnaround and won't return my money. They have no customer service to speak of and I am afraid that I have lost my money don't use this service.
If you don't remember who gave you the gift card, you cannot access the funds. Customer service representative refused to help me without knowing who gave it to me.

Went to the website to register a card to use it for internet purchases.
Kept getting a "403 Forbidden" message.
Did some research, which explained that this can happen when using a VPN.
So I disabled my VPN and was able to register the card.
It stinks that I'm required by this company to send personal data over wifi without the safety of a VPN in order to register the card.
VISA distribured and serviced by Blackhawk network, issued by Metabank.
Someone else got to use my birthday money! There's no way to communicate with a person, so once it's gone, you're stuck.

Bought a card in July 2020. Gave it as a gift. Person I gave it to tried to use it in September. Didn't work. Tried the website doesn't match records. Press 1 for customer rep - hangs up on me. Sent mail inquiry never got a response. Went back to store purchased card from computer printout received of activation when card purchased. Sent that to mygiftcardmall - still no response.
$100 wasted.
Had gotten 3 $50 over the course of a month. One had no issue, the other someone used it on PayPal for $20 after I used it for 30, and another says invalid card everytime I swipe it (which has $25 left on it) they want your id, utility bill, and bank statements to claim fraud and it's not worth it for a. Measly $20
Their website is terrible. It is impossible to speak with a person. Everything is electronic. I purchased items using a gift card and then had to return them. The vendor issued the returns (twice) and the amounts still are back on the card. Looks like a total loss at this point.

Do not order or even put your card info in because they will steal whatever you have in there saying you made a purchase, but did not. If I mad a purchase where is the order number and where is the product I ordered. On my statement it has a date of Jan 0001. I just checked my balance of my Visa rewards card and it told me that it was not valid and then took all the money except for a $1.86. Lying pieces of crap and they will pay for theft even if I have to sue! Here is what the real website looks like and where they take you to with every step.

I placed an order on line on December 17,2020 to Gift Card Mall in hopes it would arrive before Christmas as a gift. Not only did it not arrive prior to Christmas, by January 1 it had still not arrived. I called the company on January 2,2021, there were excuses about the mail, and I was told to call again on January 6 if it had not arrived. I did not make that call. The card did arrive on January 11, twenty-five days after ordering it on line. I would question a business using that outlet as a means for gift cards, and I doubt I will use it again.

I wish you could leave a negative rating for this company. I can't register the card at the website. I can't get phone help from a person, so the gift card is useless. All the time and frustration involved in trying to get a $50 gift isn't worth it. I'm telling family and friends to skip the gift cards from now on because you don't know who's really behind the card and you just might lose your money.

I received a $100 dollar gift card in April. Someone made multiple purchases from Google play store in May and they say there is nothing they can do when I called to find out why the card didn't work.
They have lax security and someone has their system figured out. Terrible waste of money to the gift giver. Do not purchase from them ever. What a fraudulent group.
I Purchased a $50 gift card for myself. I tried using it at online for 35 bucks three times and it was declined went to another site and used $15 it was accepted. Next day I called for assistance and found out my balance was 0 I should have had 35 bucks left. Unfortunately you can't get a human being online or by phone never again would I purchase this type of card.
This business is a complete scam. I've now had 2 cards that one was supposedly used by someone else and the other was mysteriously replaced. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR ADDRESS ETC WHEN YOU CALL THEM. Credit card won't load on mygiftcardmall.com/mygift "Invaid Funds," "Card Declined," get an email from the issuer of the card "Blackhawk Network," "Oh yeah, someone's been using it, and may or may not be gaining access to your information. Call us, and we'll figure out the issue," was never resolved, never called, this hacker, went to this "Apria," site, and was purchasing medical supplies, oxygen tanks, off my card! Never gave me a new card, I was the one that came forward and said, freeze my card, not them. I was the one paying for someone else, to live! Got into this card, 4-5 times, and you just now told me July 1st? I don't trust them as far as I can throw them! Terrible Customer Service! Just let this cyber hacker, continue to drain funds!

Just to echo the many other voices: Placed an order today; a couple of hours later, received an order saying that the order was cancelled. No reason given. Called customer support: they also couldn't give me a reason other than "the system" didn't approve the order.
UPDATE: After an initially poor experience, I've been using GiftCardMall for nearly a year now with no further issues. Sometimes shipping is a little slow, but on the whole the gift cards work without any problems. Upgrading from one to three stars.
3/10 update: To my surprise, after I had already given up on this, someone called my phone and personally resolved this problem for me. Though it ended up being more trouble than worth, I'm very thankful they made it right. Hopefully the glitch I experienced is a rare event because I'd otherwise be thrilled with my purchase.

I went to "redeem" my $50 gift card that I purchased for $42.50, it gave me an error message and said to try back in 10 minutes. When I came back, it said it had already been redeemed. It wasn't, they stole my money, and their customer support is designed to bounce you around and waste your time. DO NOT trust this company.
I received as $100 giftcard on Christmas. Activated on 2/6/200 with a secure PIN and charge $29.31 at the grocery store and on 2/8/2022 they took away all the remaining balance of 69.69 charge by JS Digital life of CA. When you call JS Digital Life their mail box is full. Consumer Protection and FBI should get hold of these Chinese thieves and put them behind the bar otherwise they will be looting the people.
