Everything was as expected and super organized. We had booked the transfer from our hotel in the City to London Heathrow Airport. We would like to make special mention of our driver Anurag who took us back to London Heathrow, he was absolutely top class. He was a helpful, entertaining, and pleasant driver. We highly recommend him and would ride with him again enytime. He engaged us and our children in conversation and so also let us participate in London life.

Antalya - Manavgat. We could only select from a range of minivans for some reason but it didn't seem more expensive than usual. At first I was worried that the journey would take a long time, but we arrived in 35 minutes. It was so comfortable I wouldn't have minded if it had been a bit longer :)

I was a driver independent and i made in the corona time about 15 trips of 2400 Swiss frank till today that chinese honkong compamy they did not paid my earned money till today they say there is pandemic and the reality there is no pandemic means that they use to make them rich without paying the debt they owe. I regret to trust some company i will say you, i will never stop fighting against Mafia gettransfer untill i get my earned money. Any one customer or Partner take care use local Taxis and pay more for your security. And to the concerned authority this company must be sold in order to pay the debt they owe. Any one wants to contact me let me know. More than two years till now the same word they say we will contact you and now we cant say which time shall we pay Mafia company pay attention any one

Its a huge scam company for both sides, they do not pay the drivers their money with unbelieveable exuses, there for the drivers do not show up for the rides after they fed up asking for their money, and the passengers ends up waiting for hours because they try to con another driver to do the job,
They actually charge nearly 30% commision to both sides, but they keep it all for theirself
Its the worst company i worked with as a driver, i cant get my money even i am one of best sellections which means i have done my job properly

We always use gettransfer for transport. The last time was for 2 trips in the USA. At arrival we couldn't find the driver but we had a contact number to call, and within minutes the driver came to pick us up. Always kind service and good driving. Thanks!

I use Gettransfer in Germany. I advise to make a note of the driver's contact details in advance and make contact on whatsapp just in case somethoing happens. They usually respond fast. I generally recommend this service.

Easy to order. Drivers were polite and arrive on time both ways. In both cases the level of driving was excellent, especially on the uphill roads of POsada de Valdeon. The cars were neat and comfortable and the cost affordable. I would certainly use again.

I don't normally post reviews, but I wanted to express my gratitude to the driver and Gettransfer.
We were picked up by a black minivan with a tidy inside and bottles of water. The driver offered to assist us with our belongings, which we had a lot of, and this was quite helpful!
We received a lot of assistance and had a pleasant conversation while on the journey.
I'm sure I'll plan another trip with the same driver.)

I was heading to a party and decided to give gettransfer a try and downloaded the app. Among many options I was offered the one with a new Tesla came as a surprise, 'cause I heard a lot about riding in fancy cars. Just in 25 minutes it was up my front door. I hopped in and arrived at the party in style.

This time on arrival in Palma the driver had been held up for some 15 mins but we contacted the UK Help number and they called back within 5 mins to advise where the driver was so even then the process was responsive.

When Gettransfer used to pick you up from the airport, you inputted your flight number and time and the pick up worked very well and the driver would track your flight. Now this feature has been removed and you just input the time. I arrived in Geneva last week and the flight was 50 mins late and the driver was gone. I had to pay Euro 110 to Gettransfer (who just quote their terms and conditions now) who wouldn't refund my money and I also had to get a taxi home. I have used Gettransfer 125 times, but the removal of the flight arrival feature makes an airport pick-up completely pointless if you are very slightly delayed.

SCAM - DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTNCES

I paid £1,000 for a return transfer from Denver to Aspen. Driver never appeared leaving me and my child stranded at the airport, late and with no means of transport.

In Short - GETTRANSFER agreed to refund, which I have in writing, and told me several times that it would be refunded to my account. This has never happened and now they have gone radio silent.

Disgrace of an organisation and I would advise you to read the many reviews of people like me who have been scammed in similar way.

Used this Gettransfer to get from the airport and it was the best experience! The driver greeted me politely with a sign, helped me to carry my lugage, and drove me to my hotel quickly. Highly recommended!

I booked a car on vacation - after making a request quickly started to receive offers. It did not take me long to choose as the cost seemed to be about the same in the middle class and I'm not interested about the same in the middle class and I'm not interested about the cars themselves ;) I perfer punctuality and being picked up without any extra effort and gettransfer did that. I will definitely use them again on holidays.

Our flight actually landed 30 minutes ahead of schedule. I switched my phone back on to let the driver know but already had a message to say he was there! If only every journey could go that well!

We used Gettranfer in Majorca. We booked a large minibus for a family of 8. It comfortably accommodated all of us as well as our luggage! The minibus had 15 seats, all in all. The booking and the confirmation process were straightforward and fast as well. Gettransfer is hassle-free and I will certainly use it again.

We were a group of 4 people. We booked a minivan for us and lots of luggage including our skis! Everything went well. Punctual and friendly driver. We have already recommended gettransfer to our friends.

I was surprised that it was pouring down when I got to Dubai. Thankfully I'd already booked a transfer and my driver drove very safely in difficult weather conditions.

Very pleased with my booking for a car to take me from Estepona to Malaga Airport this was the first time we'd used gettransfer and I found the booking system to be very easy, the price was competitive and the driver and car very well turned out and friendly. Highly recommended
