I was heading to a party and decided to give gettransfer a try and downloaded the app. Among many options I was offered the one with a new Tesla came as a surprise, 'cause I heard a lot about riding in fancy cars. Just in 25 minutes it was up my front door. I hopped in and arrived at the party in style.

I've ordered an minivan for my family to Minneapolis airport. An hour before the pickup, the carrier texted me to say that he wouldn't be able to meet us as the highway had been closed due to weather conditions. It was quite nervous as we were afraid of missing the flight. I contacted the gettransfer support service and within 30 minutes they sent me contact details of a nearby carrier. The car was a higher class but we did not have to pay extra for it.

GetTransfer really came through for us and helped make a last minute change to our reservation when we discovered that our flight had been moved an hour.

Will use again in the summer, was not the cheapest option when I searched but sometimes relibale service is the most important thing and less hassle is most welcome on a holiday!

Used gettransfer for the umpteenth time and every time they never let us down. We got caught up in customs and the driver had to wait over an hour but he was there with a smiling face. Thank you gettransfer.

Excellent service. Live 24 chat is a great tool. Staff responded quickly and were very helpful. Well worth the money as opposed to losing time on trains/buses. Door to door service. Will use again.

We use have used Gettransfer a few times now and we can not fault them at all. We have just used them for transfers to and from Budapest airport and they were punctual, polite and a nice clean vehicle.

Very comfortable transfer from Innsbruck airport to Obergurgl. The driver was waiting for us as we came through the baggage claim area and we were on the road almost straight away.

Refuse to refund back to card, even after the trip being a month away and payment only being made yesterday. Insist on keeping it as 'credit' on the account. The most unhelpful customer service. I recommend using different transfer companies.

Fine I guess right up to the point where carriers decide not to fulfil their obligations and cancel as your flight arrives. Left us at the airport 90 miles from our resort with 6 children. Zero support, zero accountability, nobody with any responsibility or acumen, absolutely abysmal. A joke of an organisation…. Never again, ever. Pathetic and an absolute disgrace to the ski industry

First time we have used transfer services with this company and wow, we were really happy in every way. Best transfers I have ever had by far in all the 6 times I have visited Turkey and I have always used private transfers.

Booked for a trip for one with big bags from Schipol to uni accommodation. Changed number of passengers with less than 24 hours notice - heard back v quickly. On the day we had a call as we were collecting bags with advice on where to come with WhatsApp pictures sent to make it even easier. Lovely driver. Great service.

Very easy to book and pay online, clear instructions as to where the driver will meet you, confirmation receipt, pre arrival email and text on arrival. Very pleasant and helpful driver and car in very good condition. Would definitely book again.

Arriving in a foreign country where I speak only a little of the language is daunting enough - so hiring this service gave me peace of mind. The driver contacted me often (text and phone calls) as I waited and was extremely polite and responsive. I enjoyed a quiet ride to my destination, where again the driver was both polite and helpful.
