I went to the ski resort of Cortina d'Anpezo and it was very comfortable. The car was clean and comfortable. Frederico my driver was very pleasant and professional. He got me there with no problems and gave me some information about the area, which was very helpful
We didn't have far to walk with our luggage and the driver helped. We felt comfortable and safe throughout the 45 minute drive to our destination. We thoroughly recommend gettransfers and will use them again.
I was charged for a transfer months and a half before it was made, on the day of the transfer it is a trip from city to city and I was charged a very high amount on the day of the transfer the driver canceled my transfer I contacted the company several times they wanted me to pay more money for the same transfer when I refused.! A few days have passed they are not willing to give me the money back they are using Corona as a crisis of their company but still working as usual and charging full money before the transfer was made! $ 372 they do not refund me the amount I charged for one fee! There is no one to talk to and for them they have decided that they will return the money to me on return trips with them! Not interested and I finished my trip I want my money!

Disgusting company, my flight was canceled and the driver was noticed but they did not want to refund me. Dishonest company, no gesture nothing, even if we called the driver 3h before to tell him not to come. He took my money for doing nothing. Dishonest disgusting company. I highly do not recommend. We use have used Gettransfer a few times now and we can not fault them at all. We have just used them for transfers to and from Budapest airport and they were punctual, polite and a nice clean vehicle.

DO NOT USE. Having booked a return journey to the airport a week in advance, I received an email ( not even a phone call) 20 minutes before my pick up time asking for another £89 or they would have to cancel my journey. I refused on principal and was forced to now drive to the airport at extremely short notice otherwise I would miss my flight and subsequent Holiday. If this was immoral enough, I have now been charged for the return journey that they re-instated without any requests from myself ( why would I need the return leg now that my own car was at the airport?) and GetTransfers are now refusing to refund my original payment because of this charge
The quality of this service is high: the car arrived on time and the driver was experienced, careful, and knew the less busy roads. He got us to the airport in 15 minutes, we managed to catch our floght. Thanks to the driver and to the company in general.

Excellent, on time service. I have used gettransfer twice now. Both times it worked out fine. The drivers have always been extremely courteous and helpful and the vehicles have been clean and comfortable.
Our villa was on a very remote, quiet, country road and our pick up time for the return to the airport was 4.15am. The driver was there right on time and got us to the airport with time to spare. Would definitely use them again.
Just a warning to others using this service. I recently booked a taxi with Gettransfer and because of illness I was unable to catch my flight and had to cancel the airport transfer taxi. I contacted the driver directly to ensure he did not have a wasted journey, but because I had opened an account with Gettransfer, I did not realise that I had inadvertently agreed to allow Gettransfer to hold my money that I had paid for this taxi service, which was a lot £144 to and from my destination back to the airport, until such time I would want to make the journey again and avail myself of an airport taxi with Gettransfer at some future date. I did write to them saying that because of covid I was unlikely to plan any trip soon, and wanted a refund paid back on to tbe card I originally used to pay for the taxi. They just refer me to their terms and conditions, so to all intents and purposes I have lost my £144, so everyone be warned.
Once your money is committed, you will never get it back. They will always find an excuse to detain him and defraud you. I should have been reimbursed after canceling the transaction by scrupulously following the contractual procedure. Gettransfer is committed by email to my reimbursements being made within a month at the most... Prior to booking this company I asked how I would find my driver and was told by 'Nick | Team Leader of Support Division' that my driver would meet me in the Arrival's Hall holding a card with my name on it. On this basis I booked and paid £88.88 for my private transport to and from Benidorm. However on the actual day of my travel an email was sent to me informing me that the driver would meet me outside Costa coffee at the airport and I was to call him when I arrived. I arrived at Costa coffee at 7:15. Pm. I had no information of how to contact him nor had his phone number, also I had no internet or telephone connection so could not do anything but wait there assuming that he would come and look for us. We waited 40 minutes with no sign of him, my wife asked several officials of the parking outside Costa coffee but no one had heard of the company. I therefore decided to pay the 100 euros taxi fare to get to my hotel. I contacted Gettransfers and cancelled my return journey because I had no confidence that a driver of yours would arrive to take me to the airport to catch my plane home. I have contacted gettransfers asking for refund after dozens of emails they refunded half of my payment and after another round of emails they have refunded the other half of my payment into 'a gettranfers account' so that I ca use it on another booking. As if I am stupid enough to use them again, So No I did not get my money back I shall now be taking gettransfers to County Court for full compensation, iam not bothered about the money just want a County Court Judgment against them. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this cowboy company. Go with a trusted company
