The driver picked us up from the hotel on time. On the way we stopped twice because the driver was checking something in the car. He only spoke Italian so we couldn't even ask what was wrong. There were no problems on the second trip.

Fantastic service from our allocated driver both from and back to the airport. Communication was timely, informative and very helpful and took the stress out of the waiting for your transport. Cruise line gave us wrong port terminal info but the gettransfer driver doublechecked and found the right terminal. He was waiting when we arrived. He knew the right airport terminal for our onward flight. Driver could not have been more pleasant or helpful!
