I was very impressed by the service from GetOrchard. My wife recommended the site because she had heard about it from a friend. I was a little hesitant... to be honest, I can be a bit paranoid about online shopping. My wife was diligent about me getting a new phone (apparently the iPhone 3 isn't cool anymore and I'd only had it for 4 years…), so she searched for reviews and they were all glowing. After seeing that I became more hesitant… do companies, especially online companies, ever live up to those expectations. I figured it was all family and friends making comments… but my wife persisted.
I ordered my "Like New" iPhone 4 (yes I know, but I am way too cheap for a 5 and I only really text and listen to music) on Sunday evening. Shortly after, I received an email letting me know my order was placed and what the expected time of arrival was. Then I received an email on Monday telling me that it had been shipped and may arrive Tuesday. The email included a link to the mail tracker. It arrived Tuesday afternoon. It was legitimately "like new". I love it. 32 GB of awesomeness.
Compared to the prices that my phone company (who shall remain nameless) were going to charge me for an early upgrade and new plan, this will way saved me money.
I am very impressed with the website itself and the service I received during and after the phone arrived. I just received an email asking if everything was alright and if I had any questions or concerns, to contact them. The experience felt personal. Not like I was receiving an automated email. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company and I highly recommend this site to everyone!
