After ordering, I received confirmation of my phone that it had been shipped. It was also a iPhone 5 32 GB with Bell and when I got it, it was in near mint condition (they thought it was in "Very Good" condition!). I told them it was a fantastic phone and nothing was wrong about it, that everything was working just great on it. It's a piece of gold to me and I think Orchard is the best when it comes to buying a used (and in great fabulous condition) iPhone. Bianca emailed me and said Canada Post had told them my phone was delivered and they had received notification, and she made sure everything was fine with the phone and if there was any problems, that she'd take care of me within 30 days! Excellent customer service from Orchard and I would recommend them to you if you are going to buy a used phone, you won't regret buying a used phone with Orchard. Orchard makes sure your phone is in pristine condition when it gets to you, and even personalizes your mail with a coupon and your name printed on the cardboard box. I got iPhone 4S in Rogers. It was very fast shipping. It comes in the conditions as described. Everything works fine from the first time. It can't be better!

I purchased an iPhone5 from GetOrchard last week and it has arrived as indicated by the shipping estimate (thumbs up for the status lookup). I even got a followup email from them asking if everything is alright. To me this means they really care about the process, even when the phone is out of their possession.
The packaging is minimal but the phone is well-protected. Nothing redundant was included -- just the phone I purchased.
The phone simply works right after I put in my sim (I bought an unlocked one), and everything is in the initial settings, as they must have gone through the whole wiping process before shipping it out.
The condition of the phone is great. To be fair the model I was looking for was described as "like new", but the description is accurate. It does look like a new phone.
I enjoy the purchase process a lot, very streamlined and secured. But the main reason I decided to buy from them is they gave me the impression of a dedicated group of people trying to facilitate the trading of used iPhones, and they have done it well. I think their pricing is fair, perhaps you can find a better deal from Kijiji, Craglist, or ebay, but none of the price difference can buy the confidence you get with GetOrchard.
I highly recommend their service and if you are looking for an iPhone this is the place.
