Bought a "very good' IPhone 6S on Tuesday, and it arrived on Thursday! I don't know the quality difference between "very good" and "like new", but my phone was in FANTASTIC shape, looked new to me. I was iffy buying a used phone online, but I was pleasantly surprised on how this all turned out. I will recommend this site to family and friends, and am going to try selling my old IPhone too!

At first I thought the prospect of getting $280 for my used iPhone 5C was too good to be true considering I'd get $100 trade in at Bell, Rogers, Telus or EB Games. But within 2 weeks of sending the phone to Orchard I had the money in my account. I will definitely recommend them to others who are looking to sell their phone and will use them in the future when the need arises

I was heavily debating buying a phone from Amazon on the US site for a brand new phone when I came across a CBC article highlighting this company and how its a small Canadian company that sells used iPhones and Samsungs. The prices were extremely reasonable and the shipping time was decent.

Battery life on phone sucks. Not too impressed for what the phone cost. Wouldn't purchase here again.

This is my 3rd or 4th transaction with orchard. All have been most satisfactory with the exception of Canada post who seem incapable of delivering anything to anywhere in a timely fashion.

Only a few minor scratches on my new iphone 6s, very good condition. Phone works well and battery is better. But not at brand new. 81% wear. Overall I'm very happy!
