I've bought three phones from Orchard. In 2016, I bought a "like new" iPhone 5s for myself and my partner. In the first week, her battery did not work very well. Orchard replaced it for free.

We used those phones for two years. In 2018, I paid $60 for a new battery. Unfortunately, my partner's click button failed. Orchard would not resell it.

My partner bought a "like new" iPhone SE and I bought one as well. I sold my used 5s through Orchard for $140.

We purchased an iPhone 6 and to be honest after checking it out on the site we were still skeptical, (thought it was too good to be true) so we decided to call the company and see who answered. Alex was great on the phone and answered all of our questions in terms of what the different ratings mean and the conditions of the phone. The delivery of the phone and follow up has been great as well. If you're in the market for a phone, you should take a serious look at this company and save yourself some money. I followed Orchard's page for months knowing that at some point I was going to have break down and ditch my Windows Phone for an iPhone. Thankfully I dropped my phone and it forced the issue. I ordered a iPhone 6 Plus and it shipped within a day, they installed the screen protector I ordered better than I could have. I ordered a phone in "Very Good" condition but I've yet to find the blemish that kept it from their "Excellent" status. I would definitely buy from them again.

I received my phone just 2 days after ordering it from the site. It looked to be in perfect condition. Everything works just as well as a friends Iphone5 that he has. The battery seems to not stay charged as long as i like it to, but it is a used phone and if i wasn't always on apps that require location services I'm sure it would be perfect for most. Definitely worth saving the money over a new phone. Originally I wanted this phone just to last me till next year when due for an upgrade, but the quality is so good I hope it will last me 2 years. After completing the purchase of an iPhone 8 from Orchard, which went very quickly and smoothly, I decided to sell my old iPhone 6s. The estimated price given by Orchard, before confirmation of the phone's condition, was better than my service provider. So I decided to sell my old phone to Orchard and had it unlocked and wiped clean at no cost. Orchard also guided me through the packing, mailing and within a couple of days of them recieving my phone, I was told the full amount would be transferred to my bank account in a month. Best part, I got even more than the initial estimate!

After I ran the Orchard diagnostic test on my iPhone, their app asked me if the phone was locked or unlocked and I responded locked. I was then quoted a price and shipped the phone to them. About a week later, Orchard told me that the phone was locked (yes, I know and that's what I told you) and that there was an issue with the battery - I had never experienced an issue with battery life. The end result was that they reduced the price that I would receive for the phone by more than 35%. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Orchard was absolutely fantastic. The app was very well designed and simple to use. They gave me an honest quote for what my phone would be worth. Upon confirmation, Orchard sent me everything I needed to ship my phone to them and it was the easiest thing in the world. I received great updates, like when they sent the shipping package, when they received my phone, when they were putting it up for sale and when I received my payment for my phone. An amazing service. 5 stars for sure.

I sold my iPhone 6+ to Orchard and was quoted the top rate for the type and config of my phone. I shipped into Orchard and within hours of it being received they sent me an email telling that because my phone was in such great shape they were INCREASING the amount they would pay for my phone by just under 10%. Talk about an unexpected bonus. My phone sold within a few days and my interac payment was sent to me. I certainly would use this service again.

I bought two phones from GetOrchard... one for each of my kids. Both phones were described on-line as in very good condition and this is exactly what we received. Shipping of the phones was prompt with good follow-up. When we ran into trouble with one of the phones, on-line support was immediately available. We ended up replacing the phone. The return of the original phone and the arrival of the replacement proved prompt and painless.

Ordered a like new condition iPhone 5 and received it very quickly. Phone is in condition as described, looks new, and works flawlessly! Very professional service and highly recommend buying a phone from them!
