I've been purchasing used phones from them for awhile. Inititally it was great for my first 3 phones (circa 2016-2018), but lately I've been having a pretty crappy experience with them.
First they send me a phone with a scratch on it (marked 'Good') but later when I sell this phone back to them, they charge me for a screen repair and tell me they can't sell the phone in this condition (what?!).
Secondly, when I called them back within 30 days (they have a "90-day warranty" and on their site it says you don't have to give any reason whatsoever for a return) they not only asked me why, but tried to make me feel bad for asking for a refund. The customer service is just horrible.
Third, they have an automatic system set in place and will happily deduct from the original quote if your device gets in late through no fault of your own, for example if it takes Canada Post a month to get their shipping label to you (due to COVID delivery times), you're screwed.
Purchased an IPhone 6S from Orchard for the first time. Phone came incredibly fast and was delivered the day I was expecting it. Phone is in amazing condition, and was easy to set up with the stored settings of my previous phone. So far very amazing service and product!
I purchased a gold iPhone 5s 32gb and it came in amazing condition. The phone was unlocked, and there wast anything wrong with the phone's iCloud or interior. Aside from a few minor scratches on the side, it was good. I'd recommend this place for sure
I ordered an iphone 4s and was delivered in 3 days to my front door. They let me know when the phone was shipped so I new when to expect it. I put in my Rogers sim card and it's working great. Great service, would buy from Orchard again!

My son bought his cell through GetOrchard. The original service was awesome to say the least. I really had a feeling that they cared about the customer. My second experience was even better. The phone stopped working. We tried every online suggestion from Apple ( and any other suggestion w could find). Finally, we decided to check out Apple care. They were more than willing to look at the phone at a pretty big price ($269 American). They said they could fix it or provide a similar phone. I took a chance and contacted Orchard. The Orchard staff offered to check the phone out and help fix the issue. If it was unfixable, they could find us the best deal possible. It turned out to be a loose connection. They gave a good check over. The phone is on the way back now. I couldn't be happier! I am telling you! They really go the extra mile for the customer. Thanks GetOrchard.

I had an iPhone 6s Plus that I was't using at all after getting my iPhone X. I've inquired with my current mobile provider, Apple Store, and a couple of other websites but none of them were offering me a descent price for my like-brand-new phone. I just got my new phone yesterday. It came quickly and after I charged it and updated the software, I was able to use it immediately. Overall good experience. I got the 12 month warranty to ensure I had coverage in case something happens.
I sold my old iPhone to Orchard after upgrading a new iPhone. I didn't want to sell it on sites such as kijiii or eBay since those sites got so sketch! I found Orchard online and saw really great reviews on Google. Therefore I just gave it a shot and I didn't regret it. Great customer service! They increased the sale price of my old phone after they found my phone was in a better condition than expected. I will go to them again if I ever sell my phone again.

I bought my phone from the Orchard offices. It is in "very good" condition, and comparing it to a "like new" one, I could not tell the difference. The service was great, and the phone itself is... like new!

Purchased an iPhone4 on the website about 8 months ago. Phone arrived quickly and worked perfectly until last week. It suddenly showed the battery was completely discharged and would not charge. I contacted Orchard and they gave me a couple of things to try, but when this did not resolve the problem they asked me to send the phone to them. They repaired it and had shipped it out the day after they got it. Excellent warrantee service.
I was originally quoted $570. I sent my phone in and they told me my phone was actually worth more and I got even more for it. Wonderful service and their honesty and integrity are top notch. Me and my partner have sold 3 phones through them and can't recommend it enough.
