I bought 3 hoodies of which 1 broke immediately (seams broke), second one was broken within the package (had dragged between something) and third one was just pretty poor quality overall. Wont recommend and will encourage others not to use it since their customer support didnt respond in anyway within 2 months of my contact towards them.
I ordered something for my boyfriend around Valentine's Day. First of all, it took ONE month to get after they told me it would take 3-5 days. They apologized and said there has been a delay in packaging. I told them I don't even want the order anymore, and they told me I have to wait for it to arrive at my house in order to get a refund. I finally get the package and sent it immediately back. I've been emailing customer service for 2 weeks now trying to get my refund! This is absolutely ridiculous and a scam! They are liars!

Just so you know, all of our products are now in stock and ship same or next day, with typical delivery in 5-7 days. There was no way to know when my order would arrive. The tracking number stopped updating after stating that the package was still somewhere in China. After 2 months, no update. No way to communicate to a real person. I spent a solid 10 minutes trying to find a customer support email, phone number, something, there's nothing. You have to do everything yourself even when it's been weeks of radio silence about your order. I paid $60.00 for a sweater that got stuck in shipping limbo. I had to reach out to my credit card company to get my money back. Honestly, what a terrible service. They are better off shutting down their failed business.
Tip for consumers:
Search elsewhere for clothing. The waiting and headache is not worth it. Plus they are overpriced. They have to be, with all the fees they are paying the credit card companies with their lack of proper communication.

This is a scam website. The only difference is that they spent a lot of money on marketing so it's not as visible as in other scammy chinese websites. It takes another 10 minutes to see, which, sometimes you dont want to spend because the product looks decent & there are people tagging it on instagram + review it on youtube. You dont have time to watch and analyse the commenters etc.
I unfortunately did buy before checking. Now trying to get out of it. If not I'll make it hell to them
Ordered a hoodie in early November. No confirmation email, no tracking number, no reply, phone number does not work. Then searched reviews to see everyone had the same experience. 5 weeks later I receive a package from China with a hoodie worth $10-15, I paid $60. This site has horrible customer service, no communication, extremely slow shipping and poor quality items that ship directly from China. Save your time and money and shop somewhere else.
They Say free delivery anywhere, yet when it arrived in the UK (A month later) i had to pay customs charges. After contacting them I basically got told to deal with it. The quality of the product is awful the stitching is coming loose out of the packet. The material is shiny and cheap. Looks nothing like the pictures. Save your money and time I wont wear this out of principle.
Facebook should be ashamed! SCAM all the way. The customer service website does not work and there is no person on phones. Address is fake as well. Just stealing everyones money from Facebook users. Maybe we should boycott facebook and all the rest of their products being sold or have them return our money. Called the credit card company to see if they can help for cancelling the order. Hopefully, they have better luck then me.
These products are poor in quality. The sizing chart wasn't useful, return policy will get you "store credit" for more bad products.

So I ordered a product... which I have yet to receive... from Getonfleek. I ordered a week ahead of time and paid extra for express shipping. The problem is you have 6 hours to cancel your order(no biggie) and then its 10-14 day before they even THINK about shipping you your order. Products are nice but dont order from them last minute or youve just wasted money for something you wont get in time.
If you think your getting a refund think again. You will only receive a credit. Plus it took three weeks for them to decide if they received my package or not and cost me a fortune to send it back so actually I lost my butt on it.

I bought a shirt from this place and it said it shipped over a week ago but when you try all the different ways to track it every single one says there is no items with this tracking number sent them email and still haven't gotten a response back don't listen to the fake positive reviews
For once in my life, the gals won't take their eyes off of me. Apparently this romper also turns straight men gay, as I am getting equal attention from the male sex as well.
These people are a scam. Clothes look cute in the pics, but the actual sweatshirt/t shirt/hat/pants it is printed on isn't even close to the same style or quality presented in the photos. I received a product that literally no one would wear. Not "on fleek" at all. The sweatshirt was more like activewear... sleek, thin material like you would wear at the gym and cheap. It's like they make it in the boondocks of China and upcharge by 800%. Terrible scam. And you wont gwt your money back even if you dispute it.
I am more than disappointed from my order. That the shirt is not by any stretch of the imagination a size M maybe forgivable.
But that the writing is back-to-front is more brazen than I ever expected.

I ordered a hoodie and my first alarm bells went off when they didn't send my email a digital receipt, something I had never seen on any other online purchase, I was lucky my hoodie arrived weeks later, it was smaller than it should have been and looked much different than the actual picture, by this point I was just happy that my credit card hadn't been scammed by these people as it is clear that it is a scam site, always check reviews first this was the first time I let my guard down.

Refused to ship my product in time for my Christmas party and then refused to keep their promise to at least exchange the product. Worst service ever. Here is literally the last communication they gave to me in its entirety: "I'm sorry but I'm not able to cancel your order since all Christmas product sales are final." And this is when I asked for an exchange. AVOID SPENDING MONEY HERE!
