Please advise how we can track an order, - we are not receiving any replies to emails to help@getonfleek.com. We understand international shipping takes longer, it has been 3 weeks so far. My main issue, is we have not received any communication or replies, to let us know if / when the items we ordered and paid for have been shipped. How can we get specific contact with someone to look at our order. No account online, we are in Perth Australia.
