Yes I'm writing a review on this flex seal product I had bought in four containers and I had problems with them and a prior pass I do have the where it came out of bank account and showing it's too flex seal for $107 they said I had to have some kind of a receipt or something which I don't have that but I got a bank statement it's just as good but they don't stand behind their product they said they have no knowledge me buying it and I'm just kind of stuck with it and I don't understand why they if it's such a good product why wouldn't they stand behind it so I wouldn't buy it again and like I said I do have receipts on my bank statement show and I did purchase it and from where it was from but they when I call them they said they don't have that so I'll never buy it again
As u can see in the pics I used flex seal silicone to try n patch a temporary spot on my basement floor till I can get it fixed right n as u can see it don't work it's leaking right though it n won't adhere to the wet surface like they say it does n I even dryed it the best I could before applying it what a joke I also used there tape n that's a joke to never ever will I buy any product of there's again n will advise people if I see them wanting to buy it to not buy it all there doing is running a legit scam on people n it's bull crap glad I work my butt off everyday to get scammed out of the money I work hard for n can barely survive as it is thanks flex bull crap seal for screwing everyone over
I rolled it on the top of my enclosed trailer and it stopped all the leaks. The spray wasn't so good but the canned stuff is the truth.
Flex Seal should be named " Flex $hit".
I purchased 2 cans of the Flex $hit spray- was absolutely worthless.
Not worth the ink on the cans.
And looking at the commercial, the situations advertised simply do not exist for the most part.
Flex $hit is a scam originating/ based/ owned in the country of Jordan whom uses profit to fund terrorism around the Globe primarily against any non si-lam-ic sectors.
Don't take my word for it- do your own research and learn all of the facts that cannot be displayed in this review.
Flex Seal/ Scam/ Jordan based/ funds terrorism.
PLAIN AND SIMPLE.
Opened 3 plastic cans of Flex paste 3 months after purchase... all were solid hard. Cannot use. Called customer service... wanted pictures, provided pictures, no response. Product does not work on the roof of motorhome as they claim. Hardens and becomes brittle and cracks.
Pure garbage. Just use spray tar. That allways works. I hate it it when a product is over sold by ridiculous claims. Remember what our parents said "if it's to good to be true, it probably is" I should of went with my gut.
Had a tiny crack on the seam of my sand pool filter. Bought the liquid, glue, tape AND PASTE. The leak is WORSE keeps finding ways to pop a hole and water squirts out more then original leak. Obviously going to have to get a new filter but thought this stuff would be a quick fix in the meantime. Don't waste your money or time,
We used to get water in our basement prior to having a French Drain installed. After the French Drain was installed we thought it would be a smart idea to use Flexseal. Now it's chipping off the floor everywhere and it's unpaintable. We spent $800 at $87/ gallon. We'd love to sue this company for false advertising. Stay away from this overpriced product! This was our worst investment ever and now we must pay a contractor to remove it so we can paint our floor
In 4months cracked and yellowed. Have to replace everything I have done. Don't waste your money on it.
Bought Flex Seal Clear to stop gutters from leaking in joint area & for pool pump crack. It did not work for either. Rain & pool water came thru like I never used anything. Waste of money, I'll never buy again.
I used this product on my water leak as recommended and this product does NOT work miracles, as advertised. After three good coats and over 48 hours time to cure, the water leak did not go away, it only slowed it down. This is a junk product.
I tried using flexseal spray to seal a couple of small cracks in a basement wall. It took 3 to 4 cans to achieve a buildup of only 1/16". Had to keep buying more and it's expensive! The coating was very brittle after it cured and was not flexible at all. The odor in my basement lingered for days even after ventilating with windows and fans. I ended up just chiseling it off the wall because it did not seal the cracks at all and cracked badly. I would not recommend anyone using this stuff! It's totally worthless and the smell! Omg! Looks good on TV but don't fall into the trap like I did. I used a fibered roofing cement and had much better success for alot less money.
Doesn't works on small holes, but how u fix a big one?!
Bad product, and price is too high!
Spend 48 hours to fix a small hole, 0.******* inc - 2 mm hole! Never works!
This stuff is garbage when he said for flood damage anything with water this is so bad this fat body that owns the company phil swift is a liar he does not no anything about construction he needs to retract these advertisements now
Followed instructions, shook well, but spray is not even "milk" thick, more like water. Just runs off in seconds. WHY DIDN'T I READ THESE REVIEWS FIRST...!
Did not work on a tire. Waste of money! Also used the paint flex seal on a animal water feeder, it still leaks. So gave this product several chances to work and it was a flop! I bought at walmart. Did not know had to keep receipt to upload a picture on here.
I bought some Flex Seal at Walmart and I tell you what, I put Flex Seal on my campers roof and it made the leak in our roof worse. It was raining harder in my camper than it was outside. If I knew and read this before buying very expensive seal spray that makes things worse, I would have never bought it. I would have saved $60 bucks on something that works.
I bought flex glue thinking it would work like they show on tv but it does not work like they say it held for a hole 2 minutes saying it will hold over a 1000 ft pounds but would not hold 5 pounds not good products ended up using in weld to fix the back of tvwhere the plastic broke at mount
Answer: I would highly recommend NOT using anywhere around moisture. I experienced mildew growing on product.
