This website es really good and they provide great place to work and decent clients and projects as well. There has no problem with payments and transactions. So all i would say that this website ea really good to work and earn money. Even i have used one website earlier where i has been great experienced and got good good clients and projects as well(http://www.hifreelancer.com). So people should give it a try once might be they would like to work over there.

I am a SEO Expert, but I provide a complete solution. There was some work on a website I was working on from the development point of view that my developer was struggling to complete because of time constraints.

I posted the job to GetaCoder. To award the project I had to add the amount to escrow required. I added funds from Paypal four times. Paypal says it went through. I have receipt. The funds never arrived in my account at Getacoder. This was time sensitive, and because the whole job was not completed I lost the client. I am $200 down from Getacoder $5000 down from my client, and a week later the money is still not showing up. I have now contacted Paypal to claw it back.

I have emailed GetaCoder support daily and they have never contacted me. If you use this site you are stupid. I cannot put it clearer than that.

Their website is appealing, Thats why I chose them. You sign up and list your work needed. (Easy) Well after my project was listed I awarded the job. So I contacted the coder with my documents... (I Guess that was wrong) I never heard a reply, so I wen to log on to my account and it was SUSPENDED. Policy states Your not suspose to contact the coders until the job is awarded. I awarded the job, I had confirmation. I sent customer service an email... 3 days later still no reply. So I called them (you have to leave a message and they email you back) this is the quickest way it only taks 48hrs to respond. When they emailed me back they explianed to me that my account was suspended because I never awarded the job and gave out my contact info. I replied back with the confirmation. During the process I contacted paypal and had the money I deposited into thier escrow account reversed. After 8 days of dealing with this dumb company, I get another reply saying they would unsuspend my account and release my funds if I contacted paypal and tell them to drop the case and to tell them that getacoder never did anything fraudulent. They obviously never delt with paypal... I sent paypal the email and I had my money the next day... Getacoder is a slow unorganized, unresponsive company, Stay Away...!
