I wish I didn't have to give it 1 Star. It's not worth one Star... Doesn't fit, Straps broke.
Customer service is nonexistent... I originally purchased 4 and only received 1/2 my order.
Is should be listed as a scam.

Mid December I placed an order for 1 mask. Paid for it, received an email stating it will be shipped shortly. Well here in mid January no mask. The phone number provided has a full mailbox so you cannot leave a message. I wrote an email to them twice with no response.
Buyer beware! This has been my worst internet buying experience!

My company has now forbidden the wearing of gaiters and so I chad to find masks that I can breathe in. These are wonderful so far. They came by FedEx and nothing was broken and I received my whole order. I just want to know how do you clean these masks? Machine wash? Or by hand?

I really hate leaving negative reviews but I also paid a substantial amount for multiple masks and still have nothing and it is now April. I've tried multiple times and have been ignored. I've asked for a refund since I obviously had to get them elsewhere. I can't imagine how much money they got from this scam and thin sites like Facebook and Snapchat need to be a little bit better with who they have peddling crap on their platform.

When they deliver the advertised product it is among the best COVID-19 face masks on the market. When they screw up and don't shipped the ordered product they are one of the worst on-line sellers on the internet. They create a shipping label to allow for payment from third party pay services that require shipping before funding, collect the money and never actually ship. They do not respond to e-mail or telephone messages. Even though they sell a very good product avoid them if you value your money.

First of all the masks are idiotic. There is no way to get a good fit and have a proper seal around the mouth. The design is horrible but the company is worse. This is a scam! They will only ship a fraction of your order and never respond to emails or calls. They will take your money and run. Don't be a sucker.

The website and ads seemed to show a really excellent product. I ordered them for an immunocompromised friend i work for. She and her daughter are basically housebound - have been since april 2020 and will be until this thing dies down. Homeschooling, just the 2 of them and some cats, and I drop the grocery orders just inside the door.

These masks seemed like they would be just the thing to help them get out at least occasionally to pick up a sandwich or basic pharmacy need without so much anxiety over the covid risk.

It has now been 2 full months with no product in sight. 'We'll ship soon.' and then nothing. 3 emails, no reply. A comment on facebook with no reply. I just got an advert from them for 'back to school specials' and decided to try contacting them again. Replying to that ad email i got a bounceback saying it was an invalid email. Sending another email to their 'support' email address got a bounceback saying THAT is not a valid email.

The people who get the masks seem to find them really fantastic. Must be nice. The majority of us are out money with nothing to show for it and the company can't even bother to hire someone to reply to emails. I think i'll have to raise a dispute with my credit card company...

Never received my order, no response from the company, how ever they keep advertising so they are just selling our money.

They take your money but don't give you any product. Fake tracking numbers.
