I was happy with how easy it was to order my new crisper drawer, however, I didn't realize there were different size drawers and when I initially entered the model number for my refrigerator and requested bottom drawer I was sent the wrong drawer. After contacting your company via email to get help to get the correct part I received an email with a diagram so I could correctly order the right part, now I'm stuck with my first delivery /wrong item. I tried to mail back for credit and the post office wanted to charge me $50 for shipping even though the box is light it is big. The drawer was only $55 - I'd like shipping label sent to me at no charge so I can return the drawer and get credit. If your website had the diagram to begin with I wouldn't have made the error.

The part is not solve my problem, I called to return it and I was told I would get it email that would show me how to return it but I have yet to receive that
I just received my refund on 2 items I purchased. I mixed up the tracking numbers and they was still able to find my orders and refund my money. I ordered the wrong parts and they took them back with no questions asked. Eric and Issac were both very helpful. Thank you, I'm a contractor and will tell my do it yourself clients to buy their parts here. Thanks again.

The service was fine, the product very disappointing. I did not receive the correct item that I paid for, the product was only 16oz and appeared to have been used and it had a $4.99 built in label on it that I paid $25.00 for.
Found item needed per model number. Upon receiving part will know more for correctness and fit. Received correct part, installed without issues and part fits and works correctly.
