Web site helped to locate correct part and even double-checked that I had the correct model number prior to purchase to ensure I got the correct replacement part. Good price, more than $150 lower than a repair service had quoted. Got the part in about 3 days. Will definitely use them again for future parts needs.

Large inventory online, but that doesn't help when they send you the wrong item and refuse to provide a refund unless you pay to ship back the return item. Order at your own risk.

I would give this company a 0 star if that were possible. After 10+ days of not receiving my item, I scoured my inbox and spam folder to see the reason. I did not find any communication from them. I sent an email inquiring about my item. They then said they had sent me an email explaining they needed $20 more for shipping due to an oversized item. My item's shipping cost was calculated by their system when I placed the order. They maintained they sent me an email. I contacted the BBB only to learn they have a C rating! Based on the timeliness of my BBB complaint, I was promptly refunded my money. The company still asserted they had sent me an email stating they needed more shipping money. At this point it was 14+ days of an open order. At no time did I receive and email, telephone call or any correspondence from then until I initiated the inquiry. Then additional shipping cost was nearly 1/2 of the overall price of the item. Other sites offered the same item with 2 day shipping for about 1/2 of the nearly $30 this company wanted for shipping. The initial shipping seemed reasonable. Their demand for an additional $20 to release my item seemed like extortion or at least shady business practices. Had I not filed a claim with the BBB, I am sure I would have had numerous delays in processing my cancelation. At no time was I treated with respect. The reply to my email was written by someone who did not have a basic understanding of the English language. I am willing to overlook grammar by someone trying to get ahead in life if the company instills politeness, courteousness and customer service into the business model. This company seems to prey on internet buyer. They use this review site to make you think they are reputable when they have a C rating with the gold standard BBB. Do your research and purchase from a better company.
I was able find the exact control board I needed to fix my LG glass top range when the oven stopped working. Quick shipping had the oven working in a few days, not cheap but better than replacing the whole unit.
I received my part in less than a week and I was able to install it myself and it works great. I was unable to locate the part anywhere locally so I had to resort to searching for it online I found this company online and I was apprehensive of ordering online but I am very happy with the results the part I ordered was correct and it fit and it resolved my problem and I did not have to call the repairman or pay an outrageous price for the part price of the part was reasonable and it was the right part it saved me a lot of money thank you
Parts arrived quickly and in good protective packaging with some pretty clear marking as to which side is "up"; which was ignored. After 4 days the gaskets have not yet recovered their shape so I will try the gentle heating method prior to installation (its included in the directions, I'd just prefer to be gentle with these parts.)

BEWARE before you buy! If for any reason you have to return a part, other than it was their mistake, you'll end up paying a lot more than you thought for a return. I bought a part for $110.89 + $6.99 shipping + $8.59 tax = $126.47. It cost me $39.46 to return the package. I was bound by their policy which required a tracking number, or you would be responsible if it was lost. That ruled out RTS (Return to Sender if you don't open the package.) I could have done RTS because I tried canceling it before it shipped and I never opened or defaced the package. So, you better follow their rules. Money is tight during this pandemic. We live on my husband's meager social security. I asked if they could at least refund part of the shipping cost as a gesture of kindness during these times. They told me it cost them a lot more for the shipping than what they had charged me. I found that very hard to believe. Should have never asked. I finally got my refund which was less than the actual price of the part - $109.89! Do the math: $165.93 - $109.48 = $56.45. It cost me $56.45 just to "not do" business with them.
